This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. The wallpaper on the wall is peeling off, the mattress is moldy, the shower in the bathroom is broken, and the water flow is like a drip. The hotel staff's response to me was "I can't do anything"... People who are going to stay here, please think before you act, this will be the biggest minefield

Average hotel for the cost. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming leaving a very positive impression upon my arrival. If you are looking for a standard cost effective stay , I would recommend.

Upon arrival, I quickly found out that I booked the wrong weekend. The clerk assured me that I could get a refund and book for the weekend I was staying. Weeks later, they refused to give me a refund for the weekend I didn’t stay. After the fact I was assured that I would get a refund.

Not such a bad hotel, our room was big and clean, but the faucet was really flimsy and the shower was strangely made.

The room size is OK, but the musty smell is terrible. I wanted to change rooms, but at first they said they didn't have any, but later they said they could change rooms for an additional CAD128.6. The breakfast is very average and the restaurant is very small, only accommodating about 12 people for dinner. It's best not to live here.
