We are Hilton honors members and booked online on ******* website. Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was only qualified for a handicap room. The hotel was not at capacity. The person at the front desk was rude and would not allow us to switch. The room was disheveled; wallpaper peeling, dust ruffle on the floor, stained chair. Our last stay at this hotel unfortunately. Our family lives in New Castle and we have stayed there many times. It appears this hotel is a bad representation of the Hampton brand.
