The room is spacious and comfortable, and the items are complete and clean. It is quite satisfactory for a person with some mysophobia. Not only does the hotel have excellent hardware conditions, but the service of the hotel staff is also great! Check-in at the front desk is fast, and the introduction of various precautions is concise and comprehensive, with a high probability!

This hotel is very, very nice and underpriced. Room was clean and comfortable, likewise for the lobby, outdoor seating area, pool and gym. They have an evening happy hour with a complimentary glass of wine or a beer. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We will plan to stay here again driving to Minnesota from Texas.

To sleep or not to sleep
We arrive to see blood on the bathroom door, feces on the wall behind the toilet paper roll and severely stained pillow case. I went to the front desk to tell them of these problems but they said there were no housekeeping personnel to clean it so they did offer us a different room which we accepted. Elizabeth was very accommodating. The 2nd room was fine. At 11pm we heard yelling from outside our 307 window. There were at least 20 people sitting in a circle outside on the patio taking alcohol shots and being loud and obnoxious! I called the front desk and she was polite. She said it should be quiet hours and she would take care of it. The loud noise and voices did not cease until midnight. The group was very inconsiderate of other guests. After that we slept ok. We were exhausted from driving and were not able to get enough sleep due to this obnoxious party!

Very nice, clean hotel! Hotel staff are also very nice and helpful. Fitness room, pool, and bar. We stayed in the Queen suite and it's very spacious. We stayed there while our son was at the Kansas Basketball camp and it worked out perfectly because they trained and had their tournament at the pavilion inside Rock Chalk Park which is conveniently located right next door. Highly recommend and would stay again if we came back to Lawrence!

Spacious rooms, nice lobby but the property needs a deep clean. The walls had stains and every flat surface in our room was covered with fingerprints

Great atmosphere! Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good! Room was a huge open floor plan with a full kitchen!

The breakfast was nasty, got a complaint about noise at 1am on Saturday. Over the tv. Tried to go to the pool screaming kids echoing through it. Will never stay there again.
