Convenient location, simple but good hot breakfast with several options to choose from. Owners state they are updating rooms, property will be great once that is completed.

This is a hidden gem and very affordable. It does not appear to be part of a chain. It is laid out like a motel, but I didn't feel unsafe or inconvenienced as parking was close to the room. Super clean, generous breakfast options. Nice young man at the front desk at check in and lovely woman during check out in the morning. Would return for sure.

Very clean and comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were excellent. We stayed two nights due to frozen pipes at home and they were more than accommodating. Full breakfast in the morning as well. Definitely 5 stars.

Usually the shower have no water pressure but the room I stayed in this time the water pressure was great and the shower head actually worked.

We were traveling to visit with friends. The room was great. However, the pillows were the worse pillows ever! They were as flat as could be. Never have we stayed anywhere where the pillows were this bad.

The king room we stayed in was a decent size, with all the furniture one would expect (nightstands, desk, TV, extra chair, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.) A perfect room? Honestly, no. The carpet is a bit worn and dated, there are rub marks in the paint on the wall behind some of the furniture, and the art doesn't sit square in its frame. But it was absolutely clean. No dust, not even on the top of the headboard, the ironing board cabinet, nor the picture frame. No cobwebs in the corners; no hair in the shower. I'll take a slightly shabby clean room over a fancy dirty room any day. Next time I pass through the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

Good value. Room was clean but dated. Employees at the front desk were friendly. Breakfast was what you would expect (waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, folded egg, sausage patty, potatoes, etc.). The price was very reasonable. If you want new and luxury, this is not your place. If you are interested in saving a few dollars and don’t mind an older place, then I would book with confidence.
