The elevator broke the day after we arrived and was still not repaired 4 days later. The staff is friendly but not very communicative. No commercial gesture to overcome this inconvenience. They could have at least offered us to go down two floors. But overall the room was good and very quiet. The generous breakfasts

Our stay at this establishment covered our minimum requirements of cleanliness and comfort.Location outside the town was inconvenient.Staffing was distinctly poor.Generally disinterested ,verging on Basil Fawlty territory.Not good for the price.i do not plan to return

This is one of three hotels on a very new complex, situated on the forest o the outskirts of Le Touquet. It takes around 25 minutes to walk into town, a beautiful walk and very highly recommended. The hotel is in excellent order and practically brand new, although the gardens are establishing really well. The outside seating and garden areas are quite stunning. With no passing traffic the location is completely silent at night the soundproofing must be brilliant as we didn't even hear other guests during our tour night stay. Our room was small, but that was the only remotely negative thing I can think of saying about it. Spotlessly clean, king sized bed with top quality mattress and bedding, top quality toiletries, big fluffy towels, fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, bath robes.... Everything one would expect of a 4 star hotel. The pool was lovely too. All staff we met were very polite, cheerful and helpful, from reception to housekeeping. Parking seemed a little bit steep at 8 Euros a night, especially considering the fairly remote location. Very highly recommended for a peaceful stay in quality surroundings.

Avoid like the plague, Service is terrible, bar advertised until 1.00a.m. Barman closed at 12.45, when queried, he stated he had been working all day! Tough ! the Hotel is run by the staff for the staff. Rooms in Tribe are like prison cells, not enough drawers ,very little wardrobe space and the only source of light was a skylight, once opened impossible to close, not big enough for 1 person let alone 2. I usually stay in mercure Hotels in France, I have never been in one so bad.

Hotel itself is well maintained and hygiene very good. Rooms are a little on the small side for this class of hotel, but well equipped. Quiet location a little distance out of town. Food & drink services are shared with adjoining Mercure where I was surprised/irritated to be required to pay €6,10 for a single cappuccino! So the first F&D purchase was also the last purchase on this property.

We had drinks on a number of evening and the sharing board on our last night staying at the Mercure. Breakfast was truly exceptional, huge choice of top quality food.

Very nice accommodating hotel - food bland but sufficient - atmosphere relaxing - facilities good - bit of trek into town but awesome dor just relaxing although a little pricey and staff could be a little more communicative 😔 overall good stay ☺️
