The gentleman sitting behind the counter Was a terrible sourpuss Not nice and made no effort to really make us feel welcome The rooms were really low budget Our room stank of smoke We opened the windows After that, it was impossible to get it warm again The breakfast wasn't exactly an inviting buffet either We went to eat somewhere else All in all We will not be coming back there a damn time !!!!

A somewhat dated hotel, but with excellent value for money. It is very nice that you can park so close by in the parking garage. Spacious room with neat, good beds and simple bathroom facilities. A nice place to explore the city or, like us, to attend an event at the WTC. We were welcomed kindly with a clear explanation. In the morning, a breakfast buffet with sandwiches, spreads, coffee, tea and orange juice, boiled eggs, dairy products, and muesli.

The welcome and explanation about the stay were adequate. Amenities were tailored to the price (or vice versa), and I called in advance. What I missed was a Wi-Fi password. I ate elsewhere, so I can't comment on the service at 't Anker, except for the breakfast. It was basic but adequate.
