This is an extremely unfair host - canceled my paid reservation just a few days before check-in for non-existent reasons. The reservation was made more than 6 months in advance and apparently the price was no longer satisfactory for him. He caused me a lot of inconvenience while on vacation, but I'm glad I found a better hotel and we had a great time. I would never trust such a person! This was my first disappointment in 12 years of holidays in Greece.

We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment. We came as a couple and had a smaller one, but there are also apartments for up to seven persons available, and all are equipped with everything you may need, and decorated with love. But it wouldn't be the same without Mrs. Vaso's welcoming, friendly and always helpful personality. Besides of the cleanest apartment we ever had with a nice balcony (with view to the Aegean and the nearby mountains and olive and pine trees), Vaso also knew where to go to eat delicious meals. Fully recomendable to anyone!!

Sono per lavoro nel settore di Case Vacanze e capisco quando una struttura merita:..al Miraluna ho trovato la consapevolezza del servizio al cliente.Ottima struttura, posizione tranquilla e ambienti al massimo del comfort.Pulizia esagerata con dotazione frequente di asciugamani e cambio lenzuola. la Sig.ra Vasso (la gestrice) è una persona eccellente, gradevole, sempre dispendiosa di consigli. E' stata una vacanza da sogno..si riparte con le lacrime agli occhi per quello che si lascia...Sogno di tornare.

Abbiamo prenotato un mese prima delle partenza uno stanza per due persone presso la struttura, oltre che il transfert da e per l'aereoporto, pagato il dovuto e ricevuto dall'agenzia il voucher da presentare in struttura all'arrivo a prova della prenotazione. L'agenzia da giorni prima della partenza chiede per noi informazioni alla struttura sull'organizzazione del trasfer. Solamente la mattina prima della partenza la struttura comunica di non poter onorare la prenotazione in quanto la struttura stessa lavora in overbooking. A questo punto credo si utile ed importante informare i futuri cliente sulla possibilità di dover essere riallocati in struttura alternarnative ovviamente non direttamente scelte dal cliente stesso, visto il pessimo modo con cui sono gestite le prenotazione senza nemmeno avere la cortesia di informare i cliente della loro impossibilità di onorare la prenotazione.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dal 26 al 31 luglio.La struttura è molto carina e il posto è veramente incantevole. La proprietaria è una persona disponibilissima, molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la pulizia della stanza ogni giorno e soprattutto apprezzatissimo il cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni! Ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Seit 8 Jahren kommen wir hierher. Vaso ist eine unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Apartments sind so sauber, dass man vom Boden essen könnte. Jeden Tag wird gründlichst geputzt! Die Betten sind super bequem, was hier eine Seltenheit ist. Es ist ruhig. Es gibt Gelsengitter vor den Fenstern und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es fehlt an nichts.

Το καλοκαίρι του '21 μας ακύρωσαν (επικαλούμενοι ανυπόστατες δικαιολογίες περί μέτρων κατά της COVID19) κράτηση που είχαμε κάνει μήνες πριν, μόλις 6 μέρες πριν την προγραμματισμένη μας άφιξη, σχεδόν καταστρέφοντας διακοπές που περιμέναμε έναν χρόνο. Αν επιμένετε να μείνετε στο εν λόγω κατάλυμα, σας συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα να κάνετε κράτηση μέσω πλατφόρμας και όχι μέσω του καταλύματος.
