These are not honest people, don't bother. You're better off staying at Travelodge, you pay slightly less and much better quality. I booked a night there on the 26th December 2025. When I arrived, the bathrooms were a mess, dirty shower, unpleasant smell. No towels provided. TV remote not working properly. Handful of hair in the bin. Called the owner and explained that I was not happy and he immediately offered a refund. I left the property and stayed somewhere else. Since then, they are ignoring my calls and my emails, no refund received.

I liked its layed back setup, closeness to the city centre and its cleanliness.

Disappointing. Very basic and shared shower and toilet. Sink in room and flat screen tv good. No reception so had to phone for room key. Very noisy guests on same floor although this was not fault of property. Self serve breakfast, basically coffee/tea/toast. Not value for money for single guest.

Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.

No light in the shower. No tap faucet on the hot tap. No flush for the toilet, just a hole in the wall that you had to put your through to pull up the lever😤enough said.

Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road. Recommend property and would stay again.

Good for 1 night but if can get travelodge for similar or little extra go there just house
