I actually don’t know what to say this place was a glimpse of hell. Don’t book! The rooms are saunas with no ventilation. There is no air circulation as windows don’t open and there’s no AC in the rooms. Read this again and imagine a uk summer in a hotel room you paid for to end up sweat boxing all night. Scary! No assistance from the staff as it seems this is a thing that has gone on for a while. God help you if you stay here this summer. I need answers for this because it must violate national health standards

The location was top-notch and service was outstanding I hope to visit again and I sure will use the same location. My Son and Wife really enjoyed their stay.

I had a terrible stay here as my personal belongings were cleared out for no valid reason, and the hotel offered no proper remedy. Due to an issue with the Trip booking system, I booked a two-night consecutive stay at this hotel. On the first morning, I clearly informed the front desk that I would not check out. However, when I returned to my room in the evening, all my items had been tidied away. Luckily my backpack was kept, but my toiletries and slippers were thrown away. Though these items are not expensive, they are essential for my ongoing trip. Besides, it is hard to buy lightweight disposable slippers here in the UK, which makes them particularly important to me. The front desk staff told me a manager would assist me the next morning, yet no one followed up. Their attitude basically amounted to admitting it was the hotel’s fault while claiming they could do nothing to fix the problem, showing little regard for guests.

Very good price and clean but location difficult to travel from if no car. Bus stop within walkable distance however

Ie was fantastic till I went to my van and it had been broken in to no cctv and we paid for parking

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek
