We stayed one-night; family with a tween and 7-year-old. It was the most pleasant and quiet stay ever. Found free parking easily (it was Sunday though). Studio was clean and comfortable.

Great, sparking clean room. It was spacious and it had a small kitchenet, perfect for a light dinner or quick breakfast. It was on the 3/4th floor without elevator and a bit hot as there were not an AC unit. Area might be a bit sketchy at night if you are not used to but it was perfectly fine for us. 30 min walk from the inner city.

Nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Zollikof, das spricht ja für sich. Super ist die private Sauna im Zimmer. Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen sind schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Während es von draußen absolut ruhig ist, hatten wir diesmal ein Apartment (2.Stock), wo man vom dritten jeden Schritt wie eine Explosion hörte, man dachte, die Zimmerdecke kommt runter. Für Urlaub ist das wirklich mies. Gut: Zwei Märkte, Apotheke, Post nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Achtung, im kleinen angrenzenden Park wird man gleich wegen Drogen angesprochen.

Top Lage! Alles lief Reibungslos! Nette und verständliche Kommunikation! Man findet sich sofort zu recht! Einfache Anleitung für alle wichtigen Dinge rund ums einchecken m, auschecken und alle technischen Geräte. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles hat funktioniert und sie ist hübsch eingerichtet. 👍

Ein tolles Apartment, sehr komfortabel und die Minisauna im Badezimmer als extra Highlight - meine "feste" Adresse, wenn ich in Leipzig bin. W-LAN war diesmal etwas langsam, aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

Im ersten Moment war ich persönlich etwas verunsichert von der Lage her. Gut war die Nähe der Tram-Stelle. Das Appartement machte auch alles wett. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Die Sauna war super. Die Nachbarn hatten ein Gartenfest, was sehr viel Lärm gab im Wohnzimmer-Schlafzimmer. Auch konnte man nicht richtig dunkel machen. Die Kids waren jedoch so müde, dass sie auch so schlafen konnten. Wir würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
