The hotel is near the west gate of Miao scenic village, about 10 minutes walk to its entrance. The hotel itself is spectacular, both outside and inside. Our room is very clean, modern and well equipped with very comfortable bed and good shower and bath. Breakfast has some varieties, good but not brilliant and some items tend to run out if coming late. In overall, highly recommended.

住的行政房，大氣上檔次，房間乾淨整潔，早歺品種豐富，服務也周到，特別是晨起遠山的風景真是好極了，雲霧迭起，美不勝收。五一出行至西江千户苗寨，住宿上漲幾倍的情況下，果斷下手入住千去山房大酒店，是我們最明智的選擇，性價比很高。

房間設施齊全，空間很大。早餐品種豐富，停車方便，離景區西門很近，步行就能到達。房間靠近山景一側，早上起床推開陽台門，遠處雲山霧罩，民居和梯田點綴其間，景色十分宜人。退房後前台送了個苗族姑娘小玩偶，十分愉快的入住體驗。

酒店位於景區門口，步行10分鐘走到景區，停車方便。酒店是下層式建築。入住時發生了一件事：對門客人半夜入住並帶小狗，在走道大聲喧嘩。我打電話給前台沒有及時處理，我實在忍不住開門，告訴他們已影響別人休息。早上酒店主管特意上門前來道歉。儘管發生了不愉快的事情，但我對酒店的環境與服務還是滿意。

凱里南站出口左拐就是西江千户苗寨直通車售票處，35元一位，對號入座，提前告訴司機，在距離景區西門300米的大酒店進口處停車，返程需要提前預訂，提前到上車點等候，問了客服，可以增加飲用水，自助早餐還不錯，這麼大的餐廳不做午餐晚餐，如果是自駕車，停車場很大，旁邊還有加油站。

昨天下午入住千雲山房大酒店，前台服務態度很不好，就像欠了他錢一樣，臉子拉老長…千户苗寨晚上游才好看，誰知臨出景區了，雷暴雨來了，電閃雷鳴，風雨交加，還是瓢潑大雨，景區最近的門離酒店也要走十幾分鐘的路程，出門不知有雨也沒帶傘，實在無法前行，打車根本沒有，天氣預報顯示雨要到清晨才結束，我和老公還帶着七十多歲的父母，無奈之下就電話求助酒店，希望能接一下，哪怕送個雨具也可以，誰知酒店的答覆就是以沒有這項服務為由而直接冷漠拒絕，再次電話就是拒接，實在是沒有一點人情味兒，後來求助110，在警察同志的幫助下才回到了酒店，回去後整個酒店又沒有電，黑燈瞎火爬樓梯，落湯雞的我們回到房子又黑又冷，沒個空調暖風，凍了一夜，誰知早晨去吃早點，不僅單調，還都是涼的，餐廳也是冷的不行，真有一種雪上加霜的感覺，難怪偌大的餐廳衹有一兩桌，哎，這次酒店入住的太失敗了，真後悔選擇了這家酒店，以後再不會來了
