Stopped at this hotel for several days in February 2025. It is located quite close to Goldeck ski resort - only around 10 minutes by car. Hotel is nice and cosy. It is not the newest of course, but has specious rooms and nice view towards the lake. Lift only goes to 4th floor, so if you stay on 5th one be prepared to walk one staircase. Most of the staff speak some English, but not everybody, so good chance to practice your Deutsch. They are helpful, but don't Rooms was spacious enough (2 adults, 2 kids). For 3 it would be really great. Separate bath room (with two sinks - very convenient) and toilet room, however doors are sliding glass doors, so practically no sound isolation. Two parking on two levels (one below ground on the opposite side). It has very nice lobby with sitting space and real fireplace that was working every evening - great to hang out after the dinner. In a book shelf there are some board games (mostly in German, but instruction are usually available online) and choice of books (mostly in German as well). Hotel has separate locked dry room to store ski equipment, so every morning our shoes and skies where dry and warm! We booked breakfast + dinner package. Breakfast is classic buffet, drinks are included (juice, tea, coffee), with good selection of cheese, prosciutto etc. Dinner is four course serving salad (buffet), soup (one variant, buffet), main (cooked by chef), desert (cooked by chef), drinks are extra. One day a week it is just a simple buffet as it is a day off for chef. All food was testy and properly prepared. I've seen some comments here people complain about food choice, I could easily imagine how it could be for Brits that only eat dönner, fish and chips and Indian take away. Special level of joy for kids was heated indoor swimming pool (bath robes and bath towels are provided on request). It also has big dry sauna (turned on upon request), but it is German style - so no kids and no clothes are allowed :) Overall highly recommended.

My family had a perfect Ski holiday at Bellevue. Rooms are comfortable with a charming lake view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Swimming pool and spa made the afternoons more relaxing. The nearby ski piste (Goldeck) was a perfect match to our needs. All in all, it was a great stay and a big thanks to the friendly staff of Hotel Bellevue. See you next year :)

Just arrived back from a week at the Bellevue, with a school ski party. The hotel was really lovely. The room I had was large and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the lake. The food was varied with plenty to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordentliches Hotel mit sehr kulantem Juniorchef. Zimmer im OG unter der Dachschräge im Sommer ziemlich warm und leider nicht gut zu verdunkeln. Betten gut. Bad recht klein mit kleiner Dusche und sehr niedriger Toilette. Abendessen bei Halbpension mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, kleine Weinauswahl mit guten Gewächsen zu moderaten Preisen. Frühstück landestypisch gut sortiert, allerdings ist das Personal nicht von Anfang an aufmerksam gewesen, so dass keine Eierspreisen angeboten wurden.

Die Lage usw. war wirklich schön der Weg nach oben ist etwas 🫠 Die 2er Zimmer sind definitiv zu empfehlen, die 4er Zimmer jedoch nicht. Der Ausblick hängt davon ab auf welcher Seite das Fenster ist aber meine Aussicht war wirklich schön. Die Badezimmer/ Toiletten sind aus irgendeinem Grund nicht verschließbar. Vom Essen war ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht das es häufig relativ geschmacklos war und/ oder lieblos serviert wurde. Das ist jedoch nur meine Meinung und heißt NICHT das diese auf jeden zutreffen muss. Insgesamt war es dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und definitiv absolut freundliches Personal

Wir haben bereits im März 2024 in Vermittlung von „We are travel“ – einem österreichischen Reisebüro - bei diesem Hotel einen Gutschein über 1.058,00 Euro gekauft, welchen wir für einen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt mit HP bis 30.03.2027 im Hotel Bellevue in Seeboden einlösen können. Dieser Gutschein ist laut Gutscheintext außer Weihnachten, Silvester sowie August immer nutzbar, solange im Hotel ein ausreichendes Zimmerkontingent zur Verfügung steht. Leider sieht die praktische Umsetzung dazu ganz anders aus. Mehrfache Buchungsanfragen für 2026, natürlich außerhalb der Ausschlusszeiten bei diesem Hotel blieben leider komplett unbeantwortet. Eine angebliche Unterstützung von „We are travel“ gegenüber dem Hotel lief gleichfalls ins Leere. Über einen Zeitraum von 2 Wochen riefen wir täglich mehrfach vergeblich im Hotel an, wobei jedes Mal nach dem ersten Klingelzeichen der Anrufbeantworter sich meldete und dem Anrufer mitteilte, dass das Hotel wegen Ferien täglich nur in der Zeit von 09:00 bis 13:00 Uhr erreichbar ist. Selbstverständlich riefen wir daher auch nur in dieser Zeit an. In der letzten, natürlich auch wieder unbeantworteten, E-Mail drohten wir dem Hotel eine Veröffentlichung dieser Missstände an, wenn wir nicht zeitnah eine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten, leider interessierte dies im Hotel niemand. Jeder Leser kann sich jetzt dazu seine eigenen Gedanken machen und seine Meinung bilden. Wir sind jetzt zu der Überzeugung gelangt, dass dieses Hotel bis Ende der Gutscheinlaufzeit nicht erreichbar oder ausgebucht sein wird. Danach wird der Gutschein verfallen und dies können wir dann unter der Kategorie „Pech gehabt“ oder unter dem zumindest in Deutschland bestens bekannten und beflügeltem Wort „Nepper, Schlepper, Bauernfänger“ verbuchen. Wir sehen jetzt für uns keinen anderen Ausweg, als dies jetzt ordnungsgemäß zur Anzeige zu bringen, damit hier endlich Licht in das Dunkel gebracht wird.

L'hotel è promosso negli spazi comuni, in particolare nella zona benessere, piccola ed essenziale ma curata. Bene anche la colazione. Le camere sono un pelo vecchiotte ma alcune sono sufficientemente spaziose. Il servizio e il personale invece, purtroppo lasciano molto a desiderare: per prima cosa mi è stata assegnata una camera non rifatta, tale per cui sono dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception perché nessuno rispondeva al telefono interno. La mattina, invece, alle ore 8.30 la reception era buia ed è stato impossibile fare il check-out, se non contattando il personale alla sala colazioni per fare da tramite. Insomma, non benissimo.

Ho prenotato una camera all'Hotel Bellevue di Seeboden ad una tariffa flessibile che, secondo le condizioni riportate sul sito dell'hotel, mi permetteva di cancellare gratuitamente entro 8 giorni dal mio soggiorno. Ho effettuato la cancellazione ben oltre 8 giorni di anticipo, ma l'hotel non vuole rimborsarmi i 60 euro che ho pagato prima del soggiorno perché sostengono che bisogna disdire almeno 30 giorni prima. Valutate voi. Non prenotate in questo hotel se non siete sicuri di andarci che poi si tengono i vostri soldi!
