Great hotel Loved everything . Clean All staff great, including bar staff, reception and waiters , very attentive always going the extra mile. Animation team fabulous! Very funny & entertaining Pool & beach lovely Absolutely nothing to complain about Would recommend!

Beautiful tranquil Hotel. The views and gardens are simply wonderful. Very clean and owners ( Guizeppe and his daughter Monica)and staff ( Guizi) are tremendously helpful. The pool area is very well maintained and the sun beds are very sturdy and comfortable. The rooms are bright, airy and very clean. Private parking inside hotel grounds is very good and spacious. We will surely be coming back here and highly recommended. Thank you.❤️

Ottima struttura, ampio parcheggio interno, camere molto ampie e ben insonorizzate, colazione da 10 e lode, con vista piscina , come il ristorante . Pizze da favola! Panorama sul Lago incantevole! Gestione familiare , personale sempre garbato, gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Struttura datata e fuori moda con rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso e insoddisfacente. Per non parlare della proprietà o dei gestori a carattere familiare non professionali, arroganti, e soprattutto maleducati e cafoni!!!!! Non mi dilungo nei dettagli della terribile esperienza vissuta in questa struttura poiché un’enciclopedia non basterebbe. Pubblico le foto delle fatture che ho pagato e concludo dicendo che da Siciliano mi vergogno che gente come questa rappresenti la nostra meravigliosa terra nel settore turistico e ricettivo.

Bella la piscina ma state lontani dalla cucina. Prima di pranzo una bella esperienza: piscina pulita, area curata immersa nel verde del lago di Pergusa. A pranzo invece tutto ribaltato.. ti obbligano a non portare cibo da casa ma consumare presso il loro ristorante. Ti portano un piccolo menù dove a prima vista i prezzi sono alle stelle. Optiamo per dei panini ( 7 Euro ciascuno) e si presentano con due mini rosette da nemmeno 70g con appena un pomodoro diviso tra due panini, due fette di fesa di tacchino e una manciata di rucola. Dopo aver fatto notare che quelli non erano panini da 7 euro, mi risponde il titolare che erano "panini regolari e che prima di ordinare potevo chiedere che pane mi fosse servito". Siccome stiamo parlando di una tagliata di Angus che allora devo chiedere la grammatura! Bah! Per di più dopo le mie lamentele mi viene risposto in modo poco educato con la tipica presa per i fondelli. Credo che sia decenza del ristoratore fare uscire dalla cucina dei panini decenti a quel prezzo e non prendere in giro i clienti... Per di più vogliono 3 euro di coperto a persona (ma per favore), che per fortuna non ci ha fatto pagare. Peccato per la piscina e il posto, ma non tornerò mai più e non lo consiglierò a nessuno. I clienti sono persone e non carte di credito con i piedi!
