I went there for the new year. The all-you-can-eat buffet meal was not good at all, the same breakfast, macaroons with bright colors without any taste, only sugar. The room was not super clean, bedside table full of traces of glass, hairs in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom, stains on the carpet. I won't be going back there again!

I do not recommend it, box and loud music all night until morning, complete soundproofing, cold and distant staff, a very bad experience ... the last reservation and last time!

The manager of this hotel and the ********** group should be banned, it is impossible to modify a one-day reservation although it has been debited and given 1 month's notice following an error. I will now boycott this hotel and this group. M.GARNIER

I made a reservation for 2 rooms 3 days before the arrival date. 1 hour before arrival I was contacted to tell me that the price I had at the time of booking is no longer the same and he wanted to bill me 6 times the price. I advise you to avoid this hotel, I'm not the only one to say that look at the comments it's a nullll hotel and too bad there are not zero stars.

I was staying for the night of May 13, the air conditioning in the rooms did not work, I had to wait until 1 a.m. for them to change the room for me, but the problem was that the second room had the same problem with air conditioning so I had to leave the bedroom window open. Too bad for such an infrastructure.

Hôtel bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit était très confortable. Cet hôtel est calme. Les employés étaient souriants et très professionnels. Petit déjeuner très varié, service au resto exceptionnel. Parking spacieux. Je vous recommande cet hôtel. Seul bémol. Le prix est un peu cher.

une caution de 10 000.00 da plus du prix de la chambre 17 000.00da. . Ensuite, ils trouvent des astuces pour prendre la caution aussi je vais vous racontez :Imaginez que j'étais dans la chambre tte la journée, je demandais plusieurs fois à la femme de chambre de nettoyer la chambre pendant ma présence. mais elle n'a pas venir pourtant elle était juste a côté tte la journée au téléphone . a cinq heures du soir. on sortant j'ai fait une remarque a cette femme pour nettoyer la chambre sinon j'appelle room service pour réclamer. après, elle l'a nettoyée. il avait une petite bouteille de boisson gazeuse presque vide. ensuite sûrement Elle a L'éclaboussé sur la Môquet .c'était exprès. ce que m'as surpris que le dg est complice. et c'était pas moi seulement. d'un autre côté est ce que ces gouttes coûte un million. et pourtant c'etait pas de ma faute. C'est de l'arnaque je vous déconseille d'aller à cet hôtel . fuyez

Hôtel miteux a évité surtout si vous êtes en famille (hôtel de passe plein de *********** qui circule dans les couloirs) , chambre très sale d'ailleurs ils ont dû nous refaire le ménage de la chambre avant qu'on rentre (après réclamation bien sûr) la cerise sur le gâteau et que l'accès a la piscine est payant même pour les résidents (5000 DA par personne) cela après avoir payé 28000 DA pour la nuit C'est vraiment décevant !!!! Je ne le recommande a personne même pas a un SDF
