1) nous avions réservé nos chambres depuis le mois de janvier et nous ne sommes pas ensemble 2)les chambres situées dans le 2ème bâtiment sont dans un état lamentable de plus à notre arrivée ménage non fait et serrure de la chambre non fonctionnelle on a dû faire intervenir le patron. Les conditions de sécurité ne sont pas réunies : fenêtre menaçant de nous tomber dessus , douche complètement obscur et dangereuse car grosse marche pour y accéder , à l’extérieur amas de détritus etc.. Bref ces logements ne doivent plus être loué et je vais alerter ma fédération de consommateurs que choisir, surtout fuyez si on vous propose les chambres dans ce bâtiment Dans le bâtiment rénové les chambres sont refaites un peu près correctement mais le problème c’est que la literie est dans un état lamentable (matelas éventrés, tachés ) sans alèses donc au niveau c’est pas top)

Espace Morteau a un beau potentiel, malheureusement l'entretien des lieux n'est pas fait : douche, toilettes vétustes, odeur dans les escaliers, propreté des espaces communs pas top. Heureusement, Éliane est là : gentillesse, humour, disponibilité et franc parlé, tout cela combiné et le côté négatif disparaît. Un grand merci à elle et à Aimée. Sophie C

Punaises de lit, sommier qui cède, douche froide… une expérience déplaisante pour notre groupe d’amis. Le personnel n’en demeure pas moins accueillant et à l’écoute. Cependant, l’établissement mériterait d’être rafraîchi et entretenu.
