The service was second to none. The hotel looked after us from the moment we were collected at the airport......The staff were friendly, the facilities excellent and the food delicious. They provided us with bikes...and when a lock failed..immediately gave us replacements... They located and retrieved the reading glasses I had left on the plane...Even the cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating

The room was lovely, well-furnished and clean. We loved relaxing around the pool in the afternoon and being able to order drinks. We had a Balneo Suite with jacuzzi…this was really nice, but it is a large tub and it takes a very long time to fill. The breakfasts were very nice… a good choice of food (the natural yogurt was particularly good) and we were able to eat outside on the terrace which was very pleasant. The best thing about the hotel, though, was the staff, who were all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful (and they put up with my poor attempts to speak French).

we spent two nights during the week, the rooms with spa baths were perfect, the staff friendly and the breakfasts delicious. The place, only a few dozen meters from the beach, is very favorable to relaxation.

We had a great time in this hotel, in this impressive environment. I was able to charge my electric vehicle there thanks to a domestic socket next to my parking space. The room was most pleasant and very well equipped. The hotel is, moreover, 2 steps from the beach and these very beautiful plains which make the beauty of the Ile de Ré and the happiness of dogs who like to gallop.

Nous avions réservé une "chambre de luxe" , chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, beau design, chambre propre. Superbe accueil lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Salle du petit déjeuner se trouve dans le restaurant, à quelques pas des chambres. Compter 20e par personne pour le petit-déjeuner Il est copieux, varié (sous forme de buffet), possibilité de le prendre en chambre moyennant un supplément, à réserver la veille. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de plage mais protégé par la pinède. Possibilité de réserver une heure de spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) pour 15e/personne. Une salle de sport est également mise à disposition.
