Easy to find, good facilities, clean. Room was quiet and had everything we needed, but we found it a little small. But for one night it was fine. Plenty of parking, everything worked, nice people at check out.

We needed a stopover after taking the ferry to Toulon. We were horribly delayed and did not arrive at the hotel until 3am. However check in was easy and we slept well. Breakfast which we eat on our little terrace was good. Outside areas are a little scruffy but the room was spotless. Would recommend.

Chambre, sanitaires, lits, linge, tout était impeccable ! Malheureusement, malgré la climatisation, il faisait une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre au 1er étage et orientée à l'ouest! Après renseignements pris à l'accueil, il n'est pas possible de régler la température, déterminée pour l'ensemble des chambres. Nos tentatives pour obtenir une température acceptable étaient donc vains. La pièce atteignait de 28 à 30°! Je suppose que les motivations économiques et écologiques ont priorité sur le bien-être du client. Tout était parfait, y compris le petit-déjeuner et le dîner pris au Patio, mais il est préférable de s'abstenir de séjourner dans cet établissement l'été !

Hôtel parfait pour une étape sur la route des vacances, chambre et literie conforme à l'attente, le personnel est accueillant. Buffet petit déjeuner conforme avec tout ce qu'il faut avant de reprendre la route. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale pour quatre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

Toen we op 22 juli j.l. arriveerden na een boeking via Accor, hebben we ons na het diner gemeld voor een t****e nacht bij Ibis Montelimar Nord. De reservering werd aanvaard, dus wij hebben op 23 juli ons programma uitgevoerd in de veronderstelling dat wij ‘s avonds onze kamer weer konden gebruiken. Wat schetst onze verbazing toen we tegen 17.00 uur terugkwamen in het hotel en ons werd medegedeeld, dat we niet konden blijven en dat ze ons hadden overgeboekt naar een ander hotel (campinile). Bovendien had men alle bagage voor ons ingepakt op manier die volstrekt onaardvaarbaar was (de tandenborstel van mijn vrouw vonden we tussen mijn vuile was). Kortom een drama, ook al omdat we bij Campinile een vieze kamer kregen. Ik hoop dat u hier wat aan gaat, ook al omdat wij stabiele “Accor” klanten zijn.

Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Hotel is verouderd en geeft een vrij slordige indruk. Wat meer oog voor detail in afwerking en inrichting van het hotel zou veel kunnen helpen. Bijv. de zeepdispensers in de badkamer waren verkeerd geplaatst waardoor deze moeilijk te bedienen zijn en je niet weet wat erin zit. Bij het betreden van onze kamer werden wij geconfronteerd met een mierenkolonie. Bij het melden aan de receptie kreeg ik vriendelijke een bus insectenverdelger in mijn handen gestopt. De onthaalmedewerker vond het niet nodig dit zelf op te lossen. Wij kregen wel het advies na gebruik toch minsten 10 minuten niet op de kamer te komen. Zelf hebben wij nog moeten vragen de dode mieren te komen opkuisen. Had graag wat meer initiatief van het hotel zelf gezien. Avondeten is prijs-kwaliteit niet oké, kleine porties en gewoon niet lekker. Ontbijt is er wel in orde alsook het zwembad, na een lange autorit, was prima.

In diesem Sommer hatten wir das Zimmer 30, das schon beim Öffnen der Türe einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck vermittelte. Darüber hinaus sahen sowohl die Betten als auch die Handtücher aus, als habe vor uns schon jemand dort gewohnt. Beim Frühstück war nur eine Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb, der Spender für den Orangensaft war leer und die diversen Milchsorten waren nicht beschriftet. Das war früher alles viel besser und freundlicher. Aber das Service-Personal hat trotzdem ein Lob verdient, alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Eine General-Sanierung der Zimmer wäre unser Vorschlag, aber wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder !

Hôtel bien situé, proche autoroute. Très mal insonorisés, on entendait beaucoup les voisins. Gros point négatif : manque de propreté ! Draps tachés, verre de la salle de bain sale, ... Petit déjeuner moyen, peu de choix. Nous avions pourtant un bon souvenir de notre venue il y a plus de 5 ans mais là, il y a un gros laisser-aller, c'est vraiment dommage. Nous n'irons plus !
