一個酒店最最最最最基礎的衞生消毒都做不好，躺了一會兒全身癢，發紅，枕頭很明顯還有上一個客人的汗臭味，證明保潔偷懶並沒有一客一換，好惡心好惡心

作為這個區的唯一一家國際連號酒店，而且是萬豪旗下。太失望了！晚上到店，安保坐在大堂玩手機！我閃了兩次光，想他告訴我車是否能停在路面！結果根本不理！進去了問前台是否能停，這時候這個保安過來給我説了一句話！有什麼事嗎？？？？搞笑了！我來酒店還能有什麼事？萬豪的培訓和話術已經到了這個地步嗎！結果我出去了一趟去買煙，開車一公里才發現便利店！然後回來了以後，那個保安又在大堂坐着玩手機！到了房間，就兩瓶礦泉水孤零零地放那！讓客房送了兩瓶，開門大姐第一句話你的水！！！我很疑問這話術？？？我説對我的水。然後大姐回了一句不是你點的水嗎？真無語！房間就像是放大版全季！業主真想好好做國際聯號，請要求萬豪派點專業的來培訓下！真的是服務為0

酒店全新開業，所有的東西都是新的。智能馬桶，乾濕分離。早餐很豐盛，服務態度很好，我們是三人入住，給送了水，洗漱用品，浴巾，拖鞋。

房間比較大也比較新 衞生不錯 就是電視機是壞的
新酒店不應該這樣
早餐特別差 九點過一點去啥都沒了
品類少 連牛奶都沒了 雞蛋也沒了 老多人排隊等着下麪條 粉也沒了 調料台都是空的
當不了商務酒店的早餐更別説星級酒店的了

第一次住剛開業的酒店 服務和環境都很好 很安靜 早餐種類也多也很好吃，由於剛開業泳池還沒開放，但是下次來就開放啦，下次還會來的 樂山很好玩很喜歡這座城市
