感覺涉及虛假宣傳
到了之後發現都是小區業主的房子，這個什麼漫嘟的其實是一個運營方，他們集合了很多業主的房子在網上當成民宿來運營，這些業主的房子都沒人管理衞生，裏面很臟很亂，很多東西都是壞的。
也沒有一次性用品，只有一個牙刷，除了牙刷什麼都沒有。進去之後就是別人住過的自己的家，包括業主自己生活過的痕跡都有。
桌子椅子很多傢俱都是落灰的，地面有泥土腳印的痕跡，真的很不適！
住的地方衹能看到遠方一點點海，並沒有海景房的感覺。
放的圖片都和實際入住的不一樣，避雷避雷避雷！
來了就後悔，哎，體驗很糟糕，真沒想到是這樣，我就覺得很奇怪那些好評的是託嗎，這樣的住宿環境我簡直難以理解

入住體驗非常好，房間面朝大海，開着窗户就很涼快，離海邊很近，真正的海景房，美女老闆特別nice，告訴我在哪有免費沙灘浴場，哪能趕海，哪有超市等等。。看了日升日落，趕海抓了好多小螃蟹，帶着孩子玩嗨了，下次來還會住這（0^^o

房間很大 很乾凈 看海 晚上還可以看到月坨島夜景 距離三貝碼頭特別近 下樓走着200米就到了 省了停車費 房東人很好 有什麼需求都是儘量滿足 隨叫隨到 晚上很安靜不吵 衞生間乾濕分離 還有洗衣機 屋裡有廚房 電磁爐可以自己買海鮮做 或者樓下加工一下 都很方便 推薦他家

本來是要去月島的覺得景區房間太貴，就搜了一家附近的住宿［調皮］我的天啊！簡直是意外中的驚喜，住在這裏出小區就是海邊！我説怎麼那麼多人都拿着小桶和鏟子、原來挖一個坑就可以挖滿滿一袋貝殼、一個洞一個螃蟹）！

中南唐山灣導航定位特好找，把車直接開到停車場，停車場裏有遮陽防曬棚。裏面停車有續保安人員在現場指揮，24小時有保安值班。停車場的環境也很不錯，停車場大門口還有，小商販買蔬菜和蔬菜，大西瓜。很便民價格非常便宜，海邊晚上吹着風特別舒服。

經常跟家人出去旅遊，尤其喜歡去有海的城市，住過很多海景房，這裏真的是目前為止我們住過的性價比最高的房間了，設備齊全，小區環境也很美，距離海邊特別近，房東非常熱情周到，美好的體驗。

來這裏建議開車了，公共交通基本沒有，但是民宿位置離海邊特別近，確實是海景房，站在窗前美景盡收眼底，經濟實惠，房主有問必答，服務很好。這裏適合短暫的放鬆，遊客不多，海水乾淨

小區環境很好，這個地方特別乾淨，沙灘也很乾凈，我們住的這個房子，看海效果也非常好，這家民宿床品非常乾淨，浴巾，毛巾都還是封裝的，但是現在來人很少，聽他本地人説夏天人就特別多了，來的時候三個島還沒有開，聽説端午節就要開島了
