房間很大，性價比很高，2張1.8米大床，4個人有餘，停車很方便，有燃氣，可做飯，房間也乾淨，到海邊500米。值得推薦

定了2天的酒店，入住時發現房間沒有打掃乾淨，兩張床的床單上都有污漬，馬桶上有能刷掉的污漬卻沒有清潔，地面沙發縫裡有一次性筷子包裝袋等垃圾沒有清理，牆皮一進屋就是脱落狀態卻沒清理，桌子感覺很久沒擦過導致撒水上去變灰色的，很多衞生問題導致我和家人覺得第二天無法續住，入住當天下午在去哪兒申請退訂第二天，理由是行程有變，因帶孩子且房東知道房門密碼，為防止扯皮不想被打擾，所以將退房理由説是個人行程有變，實際原因為衞生太差，房東打電話給我，態度較強硬強調不能退，我不想因此影響旅行體驗，後委託去哪兒反覆溝通後房東仍不同意，且沒有解決問題的態度，衹回覆不能退，故我維持現狀不再經過去哪兒溝通，當天下午在去哪網查詢第二天同房型仍有餘房，所以不存在因我先預訂了導致佔了房源別人無法預訂的情況，第二天實在不想繼續待，11點多退房，定了同城另一家酒店按原計劃旅行，同時經去哪兒協調説明真實退訂原因且已經退房的情況下，房東仍拒絕退款。這條評論説明真實情況給後續消費者參考，不是因為門鎖老化，牆皮脱落等無法改善的硬件問題，而是本可以動動手就打掃乾淨的衞生問題導致消費者想退房，且在第二天已説明因衞生原因且按時退房情況下仍拒絕退款，沒有解決問題的態度。民宿雖是自己打掃但也不是衞生不過關的理由，即使第二天的房費退回，這種衞生狀況也無法給出好評。

房子位於中南唐山灣小區，房間乾淨整潔，從窗户可以直接看海，兩張大雙人床，冰箱可以使用。小區環境乾淨整潔，免費停車位充足。出小區十多米就是商業街，有超市和好幾家餐廳。海鮮價格還算公道，沒有陰陽菜單，步行到海邊不用十分鐘。房東熱情好客！

前一天的酒店是十二點退房，而且環境很差，和房東姐姐商量能不能提前入住，姐姐特別爽快就答應了，一到房間就補了覺，大床睡覺特別舒服，衞生間有窗户，賊滿意，廚房裡鍋案板都有，我沒有用到，有點遺憾，離沙灘超級近，走路去很方便
