400多，這種條件，前台人員業務待培訓，亂作一團，出現問題也不解決，仗着住店人多，不給換房（每個房間都是安排好的，也不給選。），也不退錢，大床房離海邊第一排木屋不是這家的是其他家的，圖片與實物嚴重不符，由衷地建議不要來這了，花錢買氣受還臟亂差。

位置好、方便，硬設施一般，房間裏面有蟲子，建議入住前噴殺蟲劑。對硬件設施要求高的者慎入！

景區門票10元，以及海邊小院住宿一晚300多在旺季的確不算貴。雖然很實惠，但是不代表服務就可以做的很差！沖腳收費、泳圈打氣收費、甚至早餐多要一個空碗都不樂意，方方面面的服務讓人感受到“算計”與“小氣”。地處這麼好的位置，北京到這跟到北戴河差不多，天津的遊客就更方便了，服務做成這樣真是因小失大！

在攜程網看，房間有電視，結果沒有。衞生間隔斷也沒到頂，味道很大。標間隔音不好，樓道叫喊聲，隔壁小孩哭聲，大人呼嚕聲。反正住宿體驗很差
