Every time I stay here, I like it more and more. Perfectly maintained hotel with a very convenient connection to the thermal baths. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, the breakfast is rich with a wide choice. Always smiling and in a good mood Fam. Rinaldo & Inger COLLENBERG welcomed us this time too. Congratulations for the efforts you make for your customers!

Very friendly Reception at this family Hotel. Superb direct free access to the thermal baths-unique in Leukerbad Great view from room with balcony Comfortable beds Free use of local bus and cable car to the spectacular Gemmi pass and the Dauben lake. B'feast is correct but not extensive choice.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed in in Switzerland. It is family run and they take their hospitality work seriously. The reception was warm and efficient--they explained all of the amenities and were super helpful. There is a great deal as you get a card that allows you free transport on the funicular up to the Gemmi lounge (and you can skip the line and go directly to the entry machine) + an armband that allows you direct free access to the public batch (the hotel has a walkway that allows you to go from your room to the baths in bathrobe). They were super attentive and lots of great advice as well as a nice information table with maps and other traditional printed travel aids. The view from the breakfast area and terrace is down the Leukerbad valley and is a sight to see. The breakfast is basic Swiss fare with muesli, fruits, juice, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, crosissants, etc. and solid and just what you want before a day of hiking or the baths or both. The family tag teams the breakfast with some help and offers you coffee and a bread basket with many types of bread. They speak German and English fluently and probably a few other languages as well. It feels more like home in a good way than a hotel. The Hotel was a perfect location and base for hiking around the Gemmi Lodge and bathing at the public baths. Bottom line is that this place takes friendly respectful Swiss hospitality seriously and it showed in every aspect of our stay. Five star stay and we cannot wait to return!

Friendly warm informative welcome. Great location with walk-through access to the thermal baths and central to restaurants, shops and other facilities. Rooms clean, tidy and functional. ( pillows were a little flat) Excellent breakfast. Free access to bus service and Gemmibahn. Very enjoyable stay, can highly recommend.

We had chosen Victoria for a weeks family vacation, mainly due to the proximity to the thermal bath and the large selection of other activities included in the price as appears on the website. What is not described is the service and friendliness of Inger, Rinaldo and their staff which surpassed any reasonable expectations. We have travelled a lot and stayed in far more prestigious hotels around the world, but never har a more caring staff. To mention a few examples. Inger masters the delicate balance of serving you in a correct and very relaxed way. Rinaldo doesn’t let you out the door in wrong clothing if he senses that you are going up the mountains and he even drove us on a couple of occasions. The superlatives queue up, as one also notices from other reviews. The only drawback is the price, but unfortunately Switzerland is expensive, and in that aspect Victoria is a good bargain.

Friendly hotel with good service. Amazing location with view of the valley. Easy access to the terme spa, which was used alot by the kids. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic, but that was about the only negative thing to say. Hotel was clean, central, enjoyable.

A great small hotel in Leukerbad, perfectly located for the Leukerbad Therme. Free entrance to the Therme anytime (without registering; direct access from the hotel) and as often as you want is included in the accommodation price, also a pass for free bus and free access to Leukerbad's sports center with gym, tennis etc. Victoria hotel has very kind hosts, they did what it takes to make guests feel comfy, safe and welcome during the pandemic, and served good breakfast. To the base station of the cablecar up to the mountain for skiing, it's a bit of a walk (15-20 min in boots), but it's doable. The walk is well compensated by being able to go relax at the Therme after skiing. Rooms are basic and functional, mine had a view towards the Therme, but there are also some towards the valley (only advantages I see it that they might be quieter and might have more sun). Also great: For 12 CHF, you can send your ski-bag to Leukerbad bus station (tourist office) from many Swiss cities, and the tourist office is also opened on weekends, so that you can also send your ski-bag back home. Don't expect the Therme to be luxury or an architectural highlight, it rather has a 80ies groove to it and amenities are basic, but very functional, with a wide variety of things to do (also Sauna, swimming etc.) Overall a great package if you want to combine skiing and wellness. Looking forward to visiting again.

È un hotel tre stelle perfettamente rinnovato. È l’unico con accesso diretto alle Terme, grazie ad una comodissima passerella. I gerenti sono una coppia molto disponibile e premurosa, ottima colazione, è stato bello trascorrere del giorni al Viktoria. D’ora in poi andremo solo là. Hasta la Viktoria siempre, dunque
