Rooms are very outdated at this hotel. Stains on the carpet. Our room was facing the pool side, was quite noisy from kids screaming in the morning. The breakfast had a great view, but the breakfast itself wasn’t great. Scrambled eggs were watery and overdone. The facilities for kids were great. Had fun in the giant slide in the garden, the pool, the mirror maze and the arcade. But all facilities had to be closed by 12pm for an event on the Sunday (no notice of this whatsoever before or after I booked this hotel). Overall this is a family resort but rooms are pretty tired.

We've been here several times, but this time it's not as good as before. There’s no toy for the kid, and the little train now charges a fee. The hotel receptionist is no longer as friendly as before.

Insanely expensive dining. Almost $40 per each person for breakfast, and no other options for something less/lighter?? $40 for dinner is crazy but more reasonable. $40 for fruit, eggs, breakfast sausages, and waffles is absolutely ludicrous.
The room also leaked water and the front desk didn't seem to care.
There was also waaaaaaybtoo many loud kids everywhere. The resort boasts lots of amenities, but everywhere is packed with kids and not even enjoyable (we specifically booked a place with a hot tub, but the hot tub was always packed)

Lots of kids activities and facilities, I would suggest you to stay at lease 2 nights so to enjoy all facilities. food is ok, but a bit expensive
