Very big room. Good location right at the center. The room is very convenient with all essential equipments. There’s a sofa as well!

Clean neat and everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there. Only hassle is you have to call them for check in when you first arrive however after that its all easy

Great location of the property, in the middle of Leuven’s city centre. That was probably the only positive.
The website for the apartment said there was lockers at select locations. This was not a location with lockers nor did they have anyone on reception before 3pm or after 8pm.
The room was a lot smaller, in fact completely different than the images on ******* with the sofa bed and twin beds next to each other instead of being in seperate areas like what was portrayed in the images.
The room we were in was on the top floor. It was very hot, two fans were provided but they didn’t do anything. No air-conditioning and one of the windows was broken so couldn’t even open. It made being in the room completely unbearable.
Additionally, there was mould all over the bathroom.
