For a stay costing €194, the overall experience was very disappointing. While the room was clean enough, it was stiflingly hot, and the provided mini-fan was inadequate. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that the breakfast buffet was already completely cleared away at 9:15 a.m., even though the schedule indicated 10:00 a.m. Having to insist on getting coffee and bread at this price is unacceptable. A serious overhaul of the hotel's commitment to punctuality and comfort is necessary.

First of all, it's a clean place, and its location is really central. The reception is helpful if you need anything. There's a laundry room where you can leave your luggage. There's also an elevator, so I didn't have any problems with that. It's not really a hotel, more like a dorm. In hot weather, the rooms get really hot, especially the upper floors. There's no ventilation, and the windows don't open easily, maybe just a tiny bit. I had a lot of trouble in the hot weather; I couldn't even sleep because of the heat. There was a small fan, but it was never enough. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially in hot weather.
