Was not able to stay with Fairbridge in Lewiston due to a back injury that occurred the morning of the first day of a reservation for a 2-day stay. Even though it was too late to cancel the reservation, I attempted to once I had arrived home late the same day, hoping the extenuating circumstances would at least gain me a credit for one of the two days. No dice. Lesson learned, and being in business myself, I fully realize that there must be rules that managers and team members must follow to ensure the sustainability of a business; however, there are also exceptions to those rules if extenuating circumstances occur and are reasonable and legitimate.

I think the maids need to ask if a guest is in need of anything, when they don’t have to clean the room daily. I know that they didn’t ask at all . So the guest is then responsible to ask for extra towels or toilet paper. It only takes a minute to make sure the guest has enough towels & anything else.

Great and attentive staff. Clean room. I stayed for a dog show with my young Mastiff. The staff were so nice to us and catered to our very special accommodations. I plan on booking next year as soon as event dates are announced.

Was alright stay. Wasn't bothered and had no problems booking extra day or the adding on of my dog. Was given a bag with a dog waste bag and a dog biscuit.

We knew it was an older hotel from outside pic but the room pics appeared to show updates... Lighting changed perspective. Room was dark, paint looked liked a kid did the work, and there was a smell. Elevator moaned & creaked. The kicker was the bed... Set down and it was hard, seemed like an old spring mattress/bed, my husband set down and every move caused noise.
We left and found another hotel.
Only blessing of the visit, the front desk attendant was super nice!

It's on the old side. It wasn't very clean had a dirty ceiling in the bathroom. Fingerprint of dirt on the door jams. I cleaned it my self. I was grossed out.

Stay away, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel, I had no hot water not even warm ( I was needing a shower before meeting my adult son for Mother’s Day dinner ) I was late ( moved all my belongings to another room on a different floor .. room had crumbs on rug ( not mine) , so hadn’t been vacuumed..
get home wanting to watch TV and TV doesn’t work .. I was tired and not impressed with having to be late , moving rooms and dirty rugs so now I have 2 employees in my room late at night I just wanted to go to bed and watch TV they finally figured it out ..
and the front desk manager ( Colleen)asked me not to return the next night and she would be giving me a full refund for both nights .. ( I stayed 3) while I have paid for 3 nights and still waiting for my refund ?? I sure hope they make this right ..

Horrible customer service
You literally canceled my reservation at 5 AM in the morning. I was searching for another hotel to stay in after traveling for almost 24 hours and losing my luggage. You were no help at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Compensation would be definitely helpful to change this rating because it was horrible.
