Bipenggou Century Hot Spring Hotel

Overall, I felt pretty good when I stayed at this hotel. The Tibetan hot pot I had for dinner was very generous and tasted great. After the meal, take a dip in the hot spring to relieve the fatigue of the day. The guest rooms are also very clean. The hotel attendants were also very enthusiastic and reminded us of the precautions when driving in the snow. In short, this hotel is okay. I will stay here again next time.

The floor heating was turned on when we arrived, which was very considerate. The bed was very clean. There are two 1.5×2 beds. There is a floor-to-ceiling balcony that is spacious and bright, which is great. The soup pots in the restaurant are good, with sufficient portions and high cost performance. Recommended recommend.

The hygiene is quite clean, and the breakfast is quite rich. The overall experience is not bad.

After checking in, I found that the hotel was extremely dirty and messy! There was dust and hair in the corners of the room, and even the pillows smelled bad! My wife was left without a pillow all night! The breakfast is filling, but the dishes are basically cold!

Not recommended. 1. The room facilities are old and smelly, and the windows need to be opened all night for ventilation. 2. The hot spring only has 3 or 4 small indoor hot spring pools, and they are not ventilated, so it is very easy to lack oxygen in the room. 3. The hot spring water was not clean. After returning to the room after soaking, my thighs started to itch and small red rashes appeared intensively.

Please do not book this hotel. It is very bad. The room facilities are poor, just like a guest house at a train station. The service staff has a bad attitude and quarrels with guests. The room rate is high and the price/performance ratio is extremely low. I booked the hotel's most expensive double room on New Year's Day. When I checked in at night, I found that the floor heating was broken and the whole room was cold. The waiter asked me to change to another double room. The floor heating still didn't work. There was no hot water for showering at night. After all, It's such a cold day in Penggou, I'm shivering from the cold. I went to the hotel staff the next day, and the staff kept making excuses, completely denying that it was the hotel's problem, and even quarreled with the guests. The breakfast in the hotel was also terrible, totally not worth the high price!

Advantages: It was already dinner time when we arrived at the hotel, and the yak soup pot in the restaurant was very good. The waiters have good attitudes, are warm and thoughtful. The soup pool is huge. The room has floor heating Disadvantages: The room has floor heating in some areas. The walls are relatively old and I heard they will be renovated soon. The temperature of the hot spring pool is low.

The hotel facilities are old, there are few people now, and the sanitary conditions are worrying.

I booked it because I was in a scenic spot and it was convenient to go to the scenic spot. But it turned out that I had to walk 30 minutes to get into the scenic spot. Fortunately, there was a hotel staff member who drove me so I didn't have to walk so far.
