Excellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

This is my second time staying at this hotel.
The room was as clean and comfortable as always. The hot springs were also very nice, with a large pool and clean water.
The breakfast was hearty.
The front desk lady Cui Xiao was very helpful and provided fruit and snacks!

This hotel left a very deep impression on me. First, the hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping centers, making it very convenient for getting around. The room's interior is simple and elegant, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows and bedding were spotless, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with plenty of hot water and quality toiletries.
As for service, the front desk staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were very quick. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which was varied and delicious. What touched me most was that I once forgot my phone in the room, and when I returned, the staff had thoughtfully taken care of it. This thoughtful service was truly heartwarming.
The only minor drawback was that the elevator sometimes took a while to get to, but given the hotel's high traffic, this is understandable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

Easy parking, great service. We ate at the restaurant that night, and the food was served quickly, but the taste was average. The hot springs opened their large indoor pool in the afternoon, but the outdoor one didn't open until around 5 or 6. I told the staff, and they immediately arranged an outdoor, high-temperature pool. I got a special deal on **, the same as our room, but it was over 200 off...

The room was nice and cool, and the room service was fast. Most importantly, the hot water came out quickly, and the hot springs were incredibly pleasant. The water was changed daily, which was a great bonus. After a hot soak, you could buy water and ice cream right next to the pool. The hot pool was 49°C, which was incredibly refreshing.
It was cool, the air was fresh, and the view was beautiful. It was a great place to relax. The breakfast was also delicious. We stayed two days, and the breakfast menu changed, with vegetables, staples, eggs, and fruit. The view from the window was great. 🥰🥰 I'll stay here again on my next trip.
