The wonderful view from the terrace is the hotel's main asset. The rooms are simple but well equipped. However, the major drawback is the noise in the corridors. Everything echoes with people wandering the corridors all night, which is really unpleasant. Okay for one night before your cruise, but avoid if you want to rest++

Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service!
The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main *****, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉.
Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo.

Modern and clean. Lovely pool and restaurant with a view. Noise can travel easily from the corridors due to it being a very open space.

Seemingly the grandest hotel, or at least the tallest, near the main tourist street and harbor (10-15min walk). Great views from the breakfast level and the pool. Air con was excellent and Wifi was generally strong, except for a couple hours of blackout one day. Strong service and clean rooms, although a bit cramped. Breakfast starts at 6am, although the food options are just average. The supermarket in the basement was convenient, although prices need to be labeled better. One main area for improvement was the shower: the drains were slow and the mounted head barely worked, making me have to use the hose only. But, overall, a solid experience in L.Bajo.

Very nice and clean hotel with many amenities nearby such as a supermarket in the basement. Reasonable rates, beautiful view of the bay from the rooftop restaurant. Room was a bit small but adequate for short stays. Town center is walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
