衞生乾淨，房東回覆很快，民宿位置很好，到拓展公園遊玩，開車兩分鐘左右就到小區，小區內停車過夜要10元，路邊可以停車不會被抄牌，小區內樓號指示標識明顯，上樓入住自助進門也很方便，小區很乾凈空氣很好！小區門口有早餐可以買，便利店飯店都很方便。

都很不錯的小區房子，收拾的很乾凈，停車過夜10元也很便宜，樓下早餐店非常多叫外賣也很方便。我們超過12點，每小時加收30元兩小時收了60元。唯一不足的是天氣那麼熱客廳沒空調可以理解但是連個電風扇都沒有就有點説不過去了。

冷，全屋冰冷，客廳也沒空調，卧室一個房間空調是製冷機，不帶制熱，衞生等都不好

房子很新很乾凈價格也實惠，停車不貴挺方便的，白天5元，過夜10元。房東還很貼心地提供了應急葯品，點贊！
