使用攜程很多年了，每次出行都在攜程上訂房，訂到的房間無論是幾百還是幾千都比較滿意，至少乾淨衞生，直到訂了菲立斯酒店住進去簡直是惡夢一般，我不知道之前這麼多好評是怎麼來的，實際住進去根本就不是這麼回事，一推開門就有一股濃濃的黴味撲面而來，然後整個房間都透着臟亂差，地面上還扔有一些不知羞恥的小卡片，無論是洗手枱還是地面都很臟，特別是床頭己經臟到無法忍受的地步，自駕開了8個多小時的車到廉江己經摺騰得很累了，還遇到這種糟心的酒店，這一晚我們一家三口都是在床上坐着打瞌睡的，根本躺不了一點，太臟了，想退房吧又過了時間，當時自己開的車又停到了好不容易找到的停車場，又累又疲憊實再不想折騰了，衹有忍耐着坐到凌晨5點，孩子沒忍住躺了一下，手臂馬上起了一片紅疹，5點多實再忍不了啦趕緊退房走人，我不管事後你們會如何狡辯，就像你們之前用各種理由懟那些敢於説出真實情況的住客，但我還是要把事實發出來，讓後來者能避坑就避一下，記得當晚我還帶了一衹小寵物入住，前台當時還讓交了一百塊按金，擔心弄臟了酒店，説真的就你們這種衞生狀況，應該是我擔心我家的狗狗會在你們酒店那個很臟很臟的地板上沾染到細菌，講真的我家的狗狗住的地方都比你們的床頭地板乾淨，不怕你們扭曲事實，從入住到我離開酒店房間是什麼情況我都有拍視頻，這晚的經歷簡直像惡夢一般，希望這輩子都不要遇到。
