When I first arrived at the hotel, I was exhausted from the long journey, dragging my heavy luggage, and feeling very tired. When Eva saw me, she immediately came up to me warmly with a friendly smile, took my luggage and guided me to check in. Her movements were gentle and skillful. While operating the system quickly and accurately, she patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding environment to me. Her voice was gentle and clear, which made me relax instantly and my fatigue was relieved a lot. During the check-in process, I casually asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants, and Eva immediately introduced them like a treasure trove. Not only did she explain in detail the restaurant's special dishes and price range, she also thoughtfully gave personalized suggestions based on my taste preferences. She also took the initiative to print out a map, clearly marking the location of the restaurant and the route to it, so that I could have a clear idea of ​​the dining arrangements. Eva's meticulousness, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made me feel the warmth of home throughout my stay. She is not only a receptionist, but also a warm bridge between the hotel and the guests. I chose voco because it was a new hotel under InterContinental. The room size is acceptable, the equipment is very new, and since it is a new hotel, an air purifier is provided. The breakfast buffet was good, with both Chinese and Western varieties, and the ingredients were relatively fresh, which exceeded expectations. As a new 5 star hotel, there is no capsule coffee. The pillow is too short, shaped like a tofu block and not comfortable. The service level of the waiters needs to be improved. There was basically no greeting when we met. The lady named X who checked in at the front desk did not smile and was very cold. For dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the private rooms were full, and there were obviously not enough waiters to serve the dishes. The food was served slowly, and the guests had to carry their own food, which was very disappointing. The most uncomfortable thing was the hotel's exterior wall maintenance. There were workers outside the window, which made it difficult to open the curtains in the room all day. It was very stuffy and the experience was very bad.

The day before check-in, the housekeeper Jamie called me to ask if I had any needs. The service was very good. The hotel lobby is also very cozy. A good choice for travel. Moreover, the lobby service guy Xiao Mao was also very attentive and proactive, and I felt your full care.

I went on a trip with my parents during the Qingming Festival and chose the port city of Lianyungang and VOCO. The hotel is located next to the harbour, with a quiet environment and simple and elegant layout, which is very surprising. Transportation: There is a bus stop right outside the door. There is Bus No. 3 that goes directly to Liandao Scenic Area, and there is Bus No. B1K that goes directly to Lianyungang High-speed Railway Station. It is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to Hai Yi Fang Park, where you can take a walk in the evening or morning to watch the sunrise. Hygiene: Very clean, reassuring. Catering: The hotel’s catering is also of very good quality and the ingredients are fresh. Service: The service is great. They will ask what you need and deliver your luggage to the room. The housekeeper Xiao Ma was very considerate and took the initiative to inform us of nearby attractions, food and transportation strategies. He also took into consideration the elderly and sent us paper copies. I was very satisfied.

The environment is quiet, and you can find peace in the bustle. You can go to Haiyifang Park for a short walk. The transportation is convenient, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to Liandao. The buffet dinner and breakfast are very rich and the service is attentive. There are also foreign singers singing and interacting during the dinner. Special thanks to the beautiful lady Luna at the front desk for arranging a late check-out and proactively providing care when she learned that my family was feeling unwell.
