首先説位置，真的太懂遊客需求了——步行到景區入口衹要8分鐘，不用早起趕車，傍晚我我們想吃小吃，不想點菜吃，老闆推薦了附近的大學城創客街

這次住宿體驗超預期！位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就去花果山景區，她家停車場很大，吃飯在她家點菜外賣都方便；房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一晚睡得特別香。最驚喜的是服務，老闆不僅耐心解答周邊遊玩問題，還主動提供了免費的洗衣服務。房間陽光超級好，我就喜歡這種太陽照進來的房間，下次來這座城市，一定還選這裏，強烈推薦給計劃出行的朋友！

青山環繞，綠意盎然，暑期的第二次駐足，依舊滿心歡喜。
這家民宿彷彿是大自然的延伸，房間乾淨得如同清晨的露珠，一塵不染。服務更是貼心入微，讓人倍感温暖。
特別難忘的是第二天清晨，主人特意準備的早餐，簡單卻滿含心意，像是山間清風拂面。

花果山藝軒民宿，位置在半山腰，環境好幽靜，綠色空氣新鮮，關鍵是民宿特別乾淨，每一個細節都非常乾淨，房間內用品都是一次性的，而且質量非常好，這些碾壓很多五星級酒店，樓台有秋千，餐桌，遮陽傘，彩燈環繞，特別解壓，還有一個足球場，孩子們太喜歡了，而且就餐非常方便，老闆娘非常熱情耐心，細心，也可以點外賣太方便了，非常滿意的一次旅行，非常值得推薦

房間比圖片裏看起來還要寬敞明亮，裝修風格正宗原木本色，每個角落都收拾得一塵不染，最滿意的是席夢思睡的特別舒服，我一般換地睡會睡不着，她家床特別舒服，我還拍了同款席夢思[捂臉]，飯菜也實惠特別好吃，離花果山特別近，總之非常滿意，已經推薦給朋友了，下次有機會再來

一家人第一次來連雲港旅遊，真的是一次非常滿意的體驗，這家民宿老闆兩口子人特別好，房間既新又乾淨，用具都是一次性的，乾淨衞生，早飯晚飯都可以在民宿裏吃，老闆提前給打開空調，並且這家民宿就在花果山裡麪，老闆接送我們下山遊玩，衞生也特別好，真是值得推薦！

民宿位置在半山腰，環境優美，空氣清新。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，門口可以晾衣服挺方便。老闆夫妻熱情周到，我晚上10到，老闆娘主動幫忙提行李，早上親自做早飯。老闆的大女兒也很熱情，幫忙開門。祝你們生意興隆！
