兩天一夜的行程，感謝Vicky小姐姐熱情專業的安排。因為小朋友第一次住郵輪酒店，酒店貼心安排陪伴參觀，除了客房還有各式餐飲，海景包間超讚👍！四樓有孩子們遊戲區，週末還有手工活動安排，妥妥帶娃不費心！建議大家定陽台房，因為一整天的海景都很漂亮，晚上到頂層甲板的酒吧享用套餐裏雞尾酒🍹的同時，可以眺望在海一方的夜景。自助餐廳雖然不大，但是食材應有盡有，新鮮美味，可以邊看海景邊用餐。想去連島和附近景區酒店都可以幫忙推薦攻略和預約vip專車，不論是情侶出遊還是家庭旅行都是很好的選擇！

設施：酒店是2025年新成立的，設施都比較新，沒有濃濃的海腥味，船改造之後的房間比較有意思。看起來小，東西一應俱全，有一個小小的會客廳。
衞生：衞生看起來也不錯，在餐廳吃飯的時候發現到處都比較乾淨整潔，衞生間也打理的比較乾淨。晚上在甲板那邊吹海風，還挺愜意的。
環境：整個酒店在連島大景區內，離遊客中心開車特別近。沒有優先選擇民宿，主要也是看這家酒店好評比較多。進門就有小哥幫忙帶路，熱情的給免費飲料。餐廳在4樓，吃飯的時候就可以看到對面的沙灘，景緻很好。早中晚三頓全包，關鍵是準備的一點都不敷衍。早餐的鮮肉餛飩都是現包的，還有品質比較好的火腿，總體比較豐富。午餐是半自助，粵菜都是現點現做，既不浪費又能吃到新鮮的，而且午餐居然開到下午4點。晚餐也特別豐富，有小青龍和帝王蟹，水果區冰淇淋啥的都不含糊，品種不算是最多的，但是應該屬於最實在的。
服務：服務非常好，大廳有好幾個小哥，簡直把認真服務刻到心坎裏，見人就問有什麼需要幫助的。每個房間還送了歡迎水果，Mini 吧飲料也免費，下午我們去連島玩了一圈，回來還送了甜品和餅乾，臨走的時候還送了手工皂，給的賀卡都是手工畫的。真的非常用心。
連島景區還不錯，在車上環導遊風景非常棒，做了出海的快艇，挺刺激的。沙子比較細，不割腳，我們去的是蘇馬灣，人少一點，靠海不熱適合夏天來玩。整體來説，連島附近還是值得一玩。

連雲港之行的最大驚喜，當屬海州灣之星voco酒店！作為洲際旗下的輕奢品牌，這家由郵輪改造的海上酒店，從入住一刻就顛覆了我對海濱住宿的想象。
位置堪稱黃金選址，2 公里可達在海一方公園趕海拾貝，5 公里直達連島沙灘，想去海上雲台山俯瞰黃海也衹需8公里路程，出遊便捷度拉滿。登船辦理入住時，工作人員主動幫忙提行李，還貼心告知用餐時間並預約餐位，即便深夜抵達也全程妥帖引導，服務細節盡顯專業。
海景房更是絕絕子！超大落地窗將山海風光直接映入室內，躺在床上就能看日出雲海，獨立陽台擺着桌椅，傍晚吹着海風看落日餘暉，枕着海浪聲入眠的體驗太治癒。房間雖不算寬敞，但設計處處藏着航海巧思，航海圖裝飾、行李箱造型牀頭櫃很有氛圍，斯得福床墊和品牌洗浴用品帶來滿分舒適感，智能客控和乾濕分離衞浴也十分貼心。

這次入住連雲港海州灣之星真是太特別了！它不僅僅是一家酒店，更像一個航海主題樂園。從登上“甲板”的那一刻起，就完全沉浸在海港氛圍裏。我們晚餐用餐窗户就是圓形舷窗，真的像在遠洋巨輪上一樣！孩子興奮得不得了，在6樓“甲板”上看輪船往來、吹海風，這種獨一無二的體驗是任何陸地酒店都無法給予的。強烈推薦給追求新奇和帶孩子的家庭！酒店管家式服務好貼心，總得來説是一個很舒服的體驗！

這次去連雲港主要就是為了這家剛開業的酒店，體驗下來，有點遺憾。可能之前銀海起點太高了。對此次出行寄予期望太高了。當然因為是洲際旗下的品牌，不能以一個快捷酒店的標準評判來評價。以五星酒店來評價的話，餐飲太差了，特別是午餐，不能以下午茶形式來搪塞，看看客人每個桌上基本都剩下的食物，確實很難吃，還不如炒幾個正常家常菜，晚餐自助也一般。餐廳服務人員服務還是挺好的。管家服務還不錯，還特意送了禮物。
處理突發事件的能力太差了。船長套房的燈關不上，也是晚上臨睡前發現的，告知管家之後説同事來協助關上，等了半小時沒人來，後來放棄了。就亮着吧。也表示不用來了。後續管家反饋説我們退房後給那個關不上的燈單獨裝了個開關。算是給下一個入住的客人解決了問題。
船長套房有點硬傷，可能是房間空間佈局受限，卧室床頭差不多和門齊平，雖然大，但是基本是個大開間，除了三個洗漱間外其他空間沒有門，房間最上面的夾板是公共區域，所以有點吵，特別是孩子跑來跑去，或者女士高跟鞋走過的時候。
一些細節上確實有待提升，比如房間可以做好WIFI標識，房卡上是N501，WIFI是0501，還得問管家密碼。標識清楚管家工作還能減輕一點，有些工作其實不是管家的。雞尾酒是不是送的，都應該做一個菜單，更直觀，衹説酒精非酒精，就不會點了一杯有可樂調的酒。這真的是洲際的管理團隊嗎？

最有特色的VOCO，非常適合親子，房間非常有特色。餐飲尤其令人印象深刻，品質上乘，品種豐富。前台幾個工作人員業務嫻熟，服務態度滿分，是近兩年入住IHG集團旗下酒店裡體驗感最好的一家。酒店地理位置無敵，去連島太方便了，強烈推薦。
