酒店位置在連雲老街附近，步行幾分鐘可達。房間設施較老，衞生一般，空調製冷較果不好，另外酒店不遠處就是港口鐵路，夜間有火車貨物卸貨，噪音大。

房間差到離譜！定了2個房間，一個房間沒有燒水壺，另一個房間有2個，裏面全是淤泥一樣的黑色污垢；沒有洗髮水沐浴露牙膏這些，毛巾破舊發黃不忍直視！電視機遙控器沒有電池；衞生間還有許多之前住户留下的垃圾。。。絕差的一次住宿體驗！！
