酒店距離鹽河巷很近，門前就是民國風格民主老街。房間寬敞安靜，用品乾淨整潔，打開空調屋裡暖融融，洗澡熱水十分舒服。前台小姐姐熱情周到，給免費升級了房型，還給詳細指路。白玉蘭酒店給我留下美好印象！

酒店位置很好，逛街很方便，酒店的南面是市區步行街，北面是復古的名主路，周邊很多公交站台，門口有很大面積停車的地方，出行非常的方便。酒店房間設備都很新隔音很好，房間大樓層高採光好，前台也特別的熱情初到連雲港旅遊沒有做太多的攻略 前台給我們推薦了幾個遊玩的地點，和路線，前台非常的細心又熱情，對了……酒店旁邊有一家麪包甜品店，裏面東西也非常好吃……這次出來旅遊選的這家酒店真的非常的滿意，推薦給各位來連雲港出差和遊玩的朋友們！

第一天入住等了一個多小時才入住，床單沒鋪好跟前台説了還是如此… 麪包放在桌上，從外面回來居然消失了… 衹留下碎片。新買的麪包居然跑到洗手枱下方，還被啃了。跟酒店前台説懷疑有老鼠，保安大叔還一直反問我？他能怎麼辦？就這… 就這服務態度嗎？酒店洗衣房的洗衣機內壁很臟，長期未清潔。

趕快跑吧，別定這家。毫不誇張，這就是一進房間拍的，這確定是打掃過的嗎？簡直是貨不對版，房間跟這上面的宣傳圖半毛錢關係都沒有，實際入住的房間“臟亂差”三個字概括。

房間乾淨清爽，服務熱情周到，酒店靠近鹽河巷，民主路，吃飯出行購物都非常方便，大廳有洗衣機，烘乾機，雨遊花果山回來，又累又臟，衣服也難得洗，洗衣機幫大忙了。

差！！！完全不符合這個價位的房間還沒有早餐，熱水不熱，樓道臟壓抑，同時在邊上怡和（一家的）訂的房間200多也在同樓層，房間內同樣白玉蘭的用具，房間大還送了早餐，實在是太無語！
