The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities. The water dispenser was convenient and hygienic, preventing some unscrupulous people from using a kettle to boil something they shouldn't. This was a great addition. When I stay in a hotel, I always bring my own kettle; I'm hesitant to use the hotel's. I didn't use my own kettle at this hotel. The hotel is located next to Wuyue Plaza, a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. However, the breakfast was mediocre. First, the variety wasn't very diverse, and second, the food wasn't up to par with a five-star hotel. The service awareness and ability of the service staff need to be improved. The noodle and wonton area is rather chaotic, and the waiting time is long and unreasonable. The noodles and vegetables selected by the same customer cannot be put into the pot at the same time, resulting in a long waiting time; in the porridge area, a bowl of vinegar or something was knocked over by a customer. The customer asked the waiter to deal with it. The waiter may not have understood what the customer said, but he certainly knew what the customer mentioned, and he did nothing because he did not understand the meaning; the guests' plates were not collected in time (the plates were seen piling up during the guests' meal, and they should have been collected in time, instead of waiting until the guests had finished eating).

В последний вечер в номере сломался кондиционер. Администратор отеля бес проблем переселила нас в другой хороший номер. Обслуживание очень хорошие, всегда спешат на помощь. Завтраки очень свиные,большой выбор блюд. Внизу на первом этаже на ресепшене можно угоститься мандаринами, это тоже очень приятно. Нам всё очень понравилось. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся здесь опять.

The hotel also has a free laundry and gym available. The location of the hotel is very good, with shopping malls, hospitals, and pedestrian streets in front of it. Walk for five minutes to the pedestrian street, ten minutes to the old street of Minzhu Road and Yanhe Lane, there are many choices for eating.

The service attitude is quite good. They help with laundry and clean every day. The smart Xiao Ai is just a decoration. The following is my experience of staying for two nights. ① I live on the fifth floor and can hear the sound of moving things upstairs at night. I asked the waiter and he said that the fifth floor is the top floor, and there are solar panels on the top floor. Those who understand solar energy know what's going on. ② It may be because the double bed rooms are on the street, and the windows are not soundproof. Every time a car passes by, you can hear the sound of pressing the manhole cover. ③ I can hear someone talking in the corridor next door very clearly ④ A customer service asked me to write a five-star review, but I didn't agree. At night, I asked the front desk for a beer bottle opener and told them that someone else had borrowed it. People who understand know that it is really realistic. In short, their business is also good, and they don't care about my real detailed price. How offensive!

The room is generally clean, there are residual stains on the table, and there are hairs on the floor tiles in the bathroom. The facilities are relatively simple, and the floor tiles and wall tiles in the bathroom are of very poor quality, not like the quality of star-rated hotels, not as good as a certain season or a certain flower. The bedding is not skin-friendly, the mattress is average, and the pillow is even more difficult to sleep, and the neck hurts. The breakfast variety is OK, but the taste is average. I booked a hotel temporarily during the May Day trip. This hotel is far away from the scenic spot, and the price is 8xx per night, which is much cheaper than a certain season or a certain flower. I didn't know the reason until I came here. It's really old and it's only cheap during the May Day holiday. If you want to be closer to the scenic spot, it's not the best choice.

There is ready-made red date tea and freshly brewed coffee, and there are many free daily necessities in the self-service area. The butler service is very good, the room is also very clean, and there is a laundry room which is very convenient. There are many smart devices in the room, and the TV is large and can be projected. It is super convenient. I will stay here again next time.

After arriving in the room, room attendant Xiao Xu enthusiastically brought the hotel's homemade yogurt and children's slippers, and told her to contact her anytime if there were any questions. The hotel's breakfast was also pretty good. If I have to pick out a flaw, it is that the parking lot in front of the door is too small. If the parking lot is full in front of the door, you have to go to the supermarket parking lot next to it, which is too far from the hotel. In fact, I really want to give it a full 5-star rating, but when I checked out in the morning, there was a lot of mortar on the car, which was caused by the hotel decoration. I was really, really angry! If it’s just a layer of floating ash, that’s it. The key is the mortar! ! ! All the satisfying experiences were washed away by the last unpleasant experience! The hotel's engineering department is really bad! Compared with the concierge and housekeeping department, it is simply terrible! No sense of responsibility! It's obviously being renovated, and there's obviously a car underneath, so why can't we take some protective measures? If there is no way to make a phone call and move a car, would it be so difficult? Although the hotel called the public relations department immediately to deal with it, I was really angry when I saw the mortar dirt on the car!
