Atour Hotels in Liaocheng

The hotel staff provided friendly and professional service, but the room details were lacking. The cleanliness was poor. The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

The hotel's decoration style is simple and elegant, warm and elegant, making people relax involuntarily. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, allowing you to enjoy a hearty meal early in the morning. A very good experience and my best choice for business travel.

This is my first time coming to Liaocheng and my first time staying at Atour in Liaocheng. Overall, I feel that the service is pretty good. I needed children's slippers, etc., and they were delivered quickly after calling me over the phone. Thank you. It's just that the special rooms don't come with drinks. I don't remember that I haven't encountered this before when I stayed at Atour. Maybe I don't understand it.
