服務態度好，內部環境還可以。酒店停車要在門口兩邊，隔壁就是漢庭酒店。自能系統，語音控制。總體還可以。

酒店乾淨整潔，設施齊全，樓下停車位雖説是公共停車位但是還是能停得下，酒店位置在汀州，距離西關一百米，在遼陽這是老城區很中心的位置！

房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適。房間內各個設施設定時尚，非常合理。早餐很好，中西合璧，有多種餐食供選擇，用餐舒服。酒店在市中心，購物下館子交通都方便，門前樓後有車位。前台、樓層，及餐廳服務人員微笑服務，熱情周到。贊！下次來遼陽還選這裏！

很滿意的一次入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務非常好，小姐姐也非常漂亮可愛，很熱情幫忙免費延時退房，還送了全季的伴手禮，很用心，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，洗衣服很方便，還有烘乾機在酒店一樓，很不錯! 非常推薦！
