le séjour était parfait. La seule recommandation à faire c'est de disposer des télécommandes en chambre pour la climatisation afin d'éviter aux visiteurs de se lever à chaque fois soit pour arrêter ou pour mettre en marche le climatiseur

房間相當於中國三星酒店，跟五年以前的普通漢庭差不多，價格相當於中國上海五星酒店高級行政房。前台一進門總是感覺一股廁所味道，一直散不掉。點贊餐廳，上菜速度跟奧古曼酒店相比快多了，而且菜口感很好。選擇不太多，但是足夠了，服務也很好的！

Très bon emplacement . Chambre trop petite pour la catégorie d’hôtel et le prix! Pas de fer à repasser disponible et repassage facturé . Rapport qualité prix en deçà de nos attentes .

L'hôtel le crystal est une très belle structure. Lors de mon passage là-bas j'ai pu constater que la relation client du personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment bonne. Les locaux sont toujours propres. L'équipe de cuisine nous surprend toujours avec la créativité de leurs recettes

Idéalement placé cet hôtel n’en est pas moins un 3 étoiles sans plus Propre mais avec un service lent et un buffet de petit déjeuner très basic pour ne pas dire quelconque Franchement déçu…. Malgré un personnel fort sympathique Un ibis mais pas plus….

Mon séjour d’une semaine à l’hôtel a été moyennement satisfaisant. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil était chaleureux . La chambre était très bien entretenue et le ménage était régulier. Le petit-déjeuner était peu varié, souvent incomplet dès le début de matinée. La connexion Wi-Fi, pourtant annoncée comme fiable, était instable coté bar-piscine. Le personnel semblait peu concerné par les remarques des clients. Pour un établissement de ce standing, je m’attendais à un service bien supérieur.
