The room was noisy 204 is on road side wass music until 23 h night , power cut several time , the bad experience is 8000cfafor breakfast that is completely humpty at 8h30 is scandalous, service is bad when you request something they look like you are from mars. No milk no coffee, eggs wass finish the reception is good they are verry kind and help ful but the restaurant need hygiene check and better training how to be focus on client

Water is always available for bathing and flushing, water boiling system for bathing is Okay
What i dislike is no bottled water for drinking, the hotel of that status should have at least one free bottle water for drinking on daily basis.
The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days.
The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel.
There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel.

Disappointing
Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit.
The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state.
At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person.
There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.
