無力吐槽，這個品質的酒店竟然要200多，什麼都是壞的，最可惡的是酒店前台，我們在酒店前台詢問有沒有雙人間，前台告知有，等我們去看完雙人間房間後，前台告知別人定了，沒有房間了，經過協商，不知道前台又説有雙人間，我説那我網上訂，前台告知不可以，不能網上開房，衹能定單人間，再次核實這個房型可以不可以網上訂，前台告知可以訂，我立即網上訂，結果前台立即關房，讓我們訂價格更高的房型，不知道是什麼神操作，原有的房型被告知別人定了，我説那你們出示被定人的訊息，前台又失口否認，嚴重存在欺騙消費者行為，尤其前台態度特別惡劣，這麼大一個酒店，屬實不應該這種人上班，完全沒有職業素養，一次次核實後竟然公然操作關房，叫我訂價格更高的，還認為自己的操作是正確的，感覺這個前台人品也有問題，酒店用人還是要慎重呀，但是值得欣慰的是清潔阿姨還是懂事理，這個必須還是要表揚的。

這酒店門口看着還挺大，大廳也很寬敞，到處都是地毯，走路很靜音，有地下停車場，開車挺方便。但是房間不太好，一進門就有股很大的廁所的味道，我以為開窗通風就好了，結果到睡覺都一直是這個味，貌似是劣質的潔廁寶發出來的，長了個教訓，小夥伴們如果碰到這種房間最好直接跟前台換房，我聞了一晚感覺都要中毒了。
另外房間與攜程圖片不符，衞生間很小，淋浴和馬桶幾乎挨着，圖片都是有玻璃隔間的，門板爛了，連把手都沒有，講真房間挺大的但是能不能分一點給衞生間啊。總體感覺比較差，我在恩施玩了好幾天，其他城市有比這家便宜的酒店設施都比這家要好。

環境非常不錯，位置十分優越，交通也方便，周邊配套設施也很齊全。酒店外觀大氣，內部裝修很清爽，前台小姐姐熱情友好，辦理入住手續高效快捷。房間寬敞整潔，所需設施一應俱全，床品乾淨，衞生間也非常乾淨。下次來還會選擇，值得推薦！
