賓館總體來説還行，沒有電梯，老闆主動幫我們拎行李箱。火車站附近這一片大都是旅店。這家店靠後一些，環境比較安靜，房間比較大，這次的騰龍洞也是頭一次去，打車幾分鐘就到騰龍洞遊客中心。老闆人很好。住了一天，到了晚上和早晨能聽到附近消防大隊吹號角。來騰龍洞的時候已是淡季，遊客不多。

優點，位置好，距離火車站很近，可以停車，很方便，附近有個泡温泉的，走路五分鐘，也不錯。
不足：二樓，需要爬樓梯，衞生間不是馬桶，帶長者的需要注意，還有我睡的那天被子有點太潮了，感覺沒有晾乾

房間裡邊裝修很新，設施齊全，衞生條件乾淨整潔，店家服務態度態度非常好，還幫助搬行李到房價，滿足客人的需求，入住感覺很滿意。離旅遊點騰龍洞也很近，遊玩方便。

房間很大，乾淨又衞生，與圖片中所説一模一樣，五星好評！利川真的很涼快，晚上不用開空調，都很舒適，吃飯也比較方便，最便利的是離騰龍洞蠻近的，開車過去十幾分鍾

酒店在利川站邊上，在成遍酒店區域較裏的位置，房間乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適，設施完好，服務好，但沒一次性拖鞋，邊人是消防大隊，9點熄燈號，10點睡覺號，7點起床號，你可以體現下規律休息和看藍朋友，晚10點-7點期間環境很安靜

房間看起來一切都好，乾淨舒適，床鋪睡的很舒服，建議老闆衞生間門口放地墊，因為房間本身不大，洗完澡出來走在房間裏地上都濕濕的，不過房間性價比是很不錯。
