衞生：衞生非常乾淨，我們那個陽台他們打掃的特別乾淨，用衞生紙在上面一擦，根本都沒有灰塵
設施：設施也都特別完善，幫我們免費洗衣服，洗鞋，那個投影儀晚上看的話也特別有氛圍，那個水流也特別快，洗澡非常舒服
環境：環境特別優美，他那個水都特別清澈，我們在陽台吃飯旁邊都沒有蚊蟲叮咬
服務：服務也很好，免費幫我們拿行李，早飯真的特別多，簡直滿漢全席，晚上我們缺水了，他們也免費幫我們拿過來

附近唯一一家三星民宿，住了大失所望。
首先預訂的房型和給我的不一樣。店家態度很好，説可能攜程錯了，帶我去看升級房型。但因為房間沒有通風異味很大，衹好勉強住了很小的親子房。
再説房間的問題：
1. 沒有乾濕分離，浴室+衞生間一共1平米，洗澡會全部弄濕。
2. 床的固定可能鬆了。孩子睡覺愛動，一夜床都在吱吱扭扭響。
3. 下水道反臭味，關上窗後整個房間很臭。
4. 被褥有潮濕感，不像烘乾的。
5. 房間狹小，裝修斑駁的地方很多。馬桶玻璃等不乾淨。
園區綠樹成蔭，鳥語花香。但燒烤區，露營區等配套設施都非常臟亂（圖5，6）無法使用。垃圾桶邊堆滿垃圾。
最後説説優點，餐廳服務人員態度很好，雖然我們起的晚，也特意幫準備了豐盛的早餐。前台的小夥子也有幫忙解決問題。所以看在服務上，多給了一顆星。

假期來清江古河床徒步，就近選擇了這家民宿，從利川站打車過車20分鐘左右。剛來到民宿時，管家和保安大叔都主動出來迎接，幫你提行李辦理人住，並有熱茶供應，服務非常到位。民宿依山而建，都是一棟一棟的小房子，佔地面積比較大，還是非常特色的。民宿有餐廳，可以提前點餐，性價比很高！

民宿環境清新，房間超大，一人一張大床，互不幹擾，十分舒適。工作人員熱情周到，阿姨做的早餐豐富，還有自家包的餃子，有家的味道。唯一需要改進的是熱水供應。

國有企業開的民宿，中規中矩吧，在利川算是很好的了，去清江古河床的徒步的話，可以讓前台小妹提供司機電話，師傅很耿直熱情，比騰龍客棧和京兆山莊喊的車的便宜一半。

環境：衝著環境去的，園區的設施很好，有大片的草坪，自助燒烤區，服務：很好！餐飲：飯很好吃#位置交通非常便利，店家提供火車站接送服務，提前溝通好時間地點，他們就早早在那裡等待，把我們一站式接到民宿。#房間設施房間一看就是裝修好不久，很有設計感也很用心，設施設備很齊全，每個房間都配備了本地的特色茶葉利川紅和恩施玉露，甚至伴手禮裏也有，很好#早餐很精緻的早餐，小菜、饅頭、包子等每份都配一小碟，做成六宮格，很精緻，另外還可以根據客人的需求煮麪條、豆皮等。廚師做飯很好吃，據説是星級大廚呢。這裏還有自助燒烤區，燒烤品質很不錯#停車民宿自備停車場，且免費，衹要説是住宿客人，安保直接就開門了，很好。#服務客房服務非常貼心，把我們帶到房間都還每個設備開關都詳細的講解。#衞生衞生條件非常好，在山裡還能隨時把房間清理得那麼乾淨，客房非常用心！
