The hotel is very nice, but the best part is definitely the staff. They are all so kind, and I have never been to a couple of 5 star hotels, but never experienced as great a staff as this one. So definitely a very big recommendation from Denmark. 🇩🇰

We stayed as a family of 3 in order to have a bit of relaxation whilst being able to visit Pisa. We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff are and had read lots about Ron on here, but what a guy he really is! He even brought a set of pencils into work as a gift for our 5 year old which was incredibly generous. All staff were superb. The hotel itself is quite charming and very clean, we hope to return again as we enjoyed it so much.

Just back from 9 days at this fantastic hotel. Perfect location, close to the beach, promenade and local restaurants etc. Ideal base to visit the surrounding attractions such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the Cinque Terre. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The pool area, although not huge is ideal. The staff are among the friendliest and most helpful I have come across. Bianca at reception arranging transfers and providing local information, Claudia, Andrea and of course Ron in the bar/restaurant all treated us like VIP's. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Just back from this amazing hotel, we loved it, room are spotless as is everywhere, cleaners are constantly cleaning, Ron who works in the bar is an absolute gem, nothing was any bother and so friendly, Bianca on reception was very helpful as were the others, 45 minute walk to Viareggio train station, breakfast was plentiful and always replenished, 110 euros in a taxi from Pisa airport which only took 25 minutes is a bit steep, would definitely return

Spent week in this lovely hotel. Accommodation traditionally Italian which adds to its charm. All staff very friendly, helpful and hardworking. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very cleaned and maintained daily. Thank you for looking after us

A lovely, beautiful hotel with fantastic wonderful staff led by the amazing Luciano who is so hard working and never stops. Only a couple of minutes from the sea front amazing breakfast in a beautiful setting right by the pool . Free safe and air conditioning if you fancy a stay in highly stylish Tuscany I would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 nights beginning August and had a great stay. Our room was very clean, comfy bed and excellent air con. Great choice for breakfast and fresh fruit every day. We often had lunch at the hotel as well which was lovey and very fresh. There was always free beds round the pool which were very comfy. Thank you Ron with your wealth of knowledge and serving the beers at 4pm. Thank you Vicky we miss you and can’t wait to come back again.

2nd visit to this hotel. 1st visit 3 years ago before Covid. The hotel was just as lov6ely as we remembered. The breakfast.was lovely. A special mention to Ron who is an asset to the hotel very friendly with a wealth of knowledge.
