A very disappointing trip. From the hotel's attitude during check-in to the extra deposit I was asked to pay, I felt this hotel was unsafe. We originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but we stayed for only one and left. This is a hotel I will never go to again.

This is the first time I have seen such a bad hotel. I was infected with Tylenol virus and had stomach cramps early in the morning and couldn't go out. Great, charming castle hotel directly on the Moselle. Room upgrade at no extra charge with a view of the Moselle 👍 Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., so no rush when getting up. Courteous service, especially at reception. Check-out at 11 a.m. but you can use the wellness area until 10 p.m. and get a basket with a bathrobe and slippers. Would happily go back ✌️

Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again.

Amazing converted mansion into gorgeous hotel. Old world charm in this 100 year old renovated castle. Stunning property with views of Mosel River and surrounding hills.
