Hassle-free stay. Right in the heart of the ancient city, everything from food to entertainment is just a stone's throw away. The unique experiences truly left a deep impression. Firstly, during our stay, we participated in the hotel's arranged traditional tea-making workshop. From selecting the tea leaves and 'killing green' to rolling the tea, the entire process was very engaging. Being able to taste the tea I made myself at the end made me very happy. Secondly, the hotel also offered a traditional costume rental service. There were many styles available, and they were all very clean. The staff patiently helped us with accessories and styling, and the photos turned out wonderfully. Since they offer such a great costume service, I suggest adding more photo-worthy backdrops in the courtyard or surrounding areas. Additionally, the overall attention to detail and ambiance were thoughtful, seamlessly blending local cultural characteristics into the accommodation. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it definitely offers a more memorable experience. Overall, the room was good, and the unique experiences were a huge plus. I hope they can maintain this standard going forward.

My room had a fantastic view; opening the window instantly lifted my spirits with the beautiful scenery outside. The surroundings of the guesthouse were picturesque, like a painting, with lush green trees and pretty flowers everywhere – a real treat for the eyes. The staff, a lovely group of aunties and uncles, were incredibly friendly. They patiently gave me tips on local attractions and even enthusiastically offered me a hot cup of tea. What touched me most was their thoughtful gesture of giving me a small gift and some sweet oranges, which warmed my heart. Overall, this stay was truly wonderful, feeling just as cozy and comfortable as being at home!

Facilities: The room facilities are all brand new, and the decor is perfect for young people's tastes. Cleanliness: It's extremely clean. Also, because the climate is quite dry, the humidifier in the room came with an air freshener, which made it feel very comfortable. Environment: The location is excellent, easy to find within the old town area. It's convenient to return to the hotel after exploring the ancient city. Service: This was the best part of our stay; it felt incredibly welcoming. The host confirmed our arrival time and train number in advance and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the station. Since we were leaving for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain early the next morning and wouldn't have time for breakfast, they even provided bread and milk. The attention to detail in the service was incredibly pleasant. When we left, they also arranged airport transfer, thoughtfully providing a female driver. Overall: Highly recommended! I usually don't leave reviews on platforms, but I've written so much this time because I genuinely appreciate the host and sincerely recommend them. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Stayed here for our honeymoon 12 years ago for three days, and the experience was just okay. Coming back after 12 years, I feel like a lot has changed. This B&B, in particular, has a perfect location, decor, and service. This time, I felt like our stay was too short, and the value for money is just incredible! They even offer a complimentary tea-making experience – I almost feel like the owner is losing money! Everyone can book with confidence.

Staying at a guesthouse in Lijiang Old Town, days are meant to be 'wasted' in the best possible way, especially when you're at Fog Gallery. There's no need to rush breakfast; you can savor it with a perfect view. By 3:30 PM, I found myself idly sitting by the stream, watching people pass by and the sunlight slowly creeping from the eaves onto the stone steps. With a coffee in hand, an entire afternoon slipped away unnoticed. Today, I was incredibly lucky; after the spring rain, a rainbow arched across the sky... Listening to the water by the window, lost in thought, time flowed by, leaving behind a rare sense of peace and contentment.

I absolutely loved the guesthouse we chose for our trip to Lijiang! It was a blind pick, but it completely exceeded our expectations when we arrived! First off, the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. The garden is filled with a rich variety of greenery, and there are all sorts of adorable little animals around – the guesthouse's own colorful birds, little turtles, and even some majestic poodles are all so cute. Plus, the location is super convenient; we didn't have to walk far to find great food and fun places, which is perfect for lazy folks like us! The owner is incredibly nice. He arranged afternoon tea for us, took us to the hottest local bar, and even kindly organized our airport transfer. Coming all the way from Germany, it truly felt like a home away from home.
