The showerhead felt like it was falling apart, it was very dirty and rough. The bed creaked every time I moved, so I was afraid to turn over all night because the noise would wake me up. The soundproofing was terrible. The central air conditioning made a gurgling noise in the middle of the night that lasted for a long time. I called the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do. The sink stopper was also broken, so it couldn't hold water at all. The walls were also very dirty.

The room facilities were excellent! The pillows were incredibly comfortable, truly among the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The toilet was also a great experience. The owner is very warm and hospitable; everyone should definitely go have some tea with him – he knows Lijiang inside out!
