Exceeded expectations, everything was perfect. The front desk guy was super friendly; when I couldn't sleep due to altitude sickness in the middle of the night, he brought an oxygen concentrator to my room at 5 AM. The auntie was also very kind. Thanks to them for their attentive care. The uncle who made breakfast still prepared rice noodles for us even though I came down late. I would definitely choose this place again if I come back to Lijiang.

If you want to see the 'Golden Mountain' sunrise from your bed, this is the place to be! I really didn't want to deal with crowds early in the morning, so I chose a B&B with a view of the Golden Mountain sunrise. At just over 200 per person, it was the first stop on our trip and truly exceeded my expectations! The B&B has a 270-degree infinity viewing platform (including a terrace) on the 6th floor. After watching the sunrise, you can immediately go for breakfast – a seamless transition. Once you've eaten, you can head back to your room for a nap. I picked this B&B randomly and found out it's newly opened – very clean. The owner's attention to detail is amazing! I forgot my curling iron, and they actually had one in the room! You have no idea how touched I was. They also knew I was checking in very late, and the owner and staff waited up to help me bring my luggage to the room. The shuttle service to and from the property definitely deserves five stars! Staying in Wenming Village (a 15-minute walk from Shuhe Ancient Town) was perfect, as several coffee shops I wanted to visit were nearby, like Xiaoshan Coffee, which is only an 8-minute walk away. Since it was off-season, the coffee shops were practically empty in the morning, making it incredibly relaxing to just lounge around.

The hotel is located near Shuhe Ancient Town. The rooms offer an unobstructed view, and the staff are very enthusiastic. You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain directly, and we even saw the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise' effect that day. On reflection, it's a pity that the area around the hotel is full of guesthouses undergoing renovation, and there are various construction vehicles in front, causing a bit of noise.

This hotel offers superb views; you can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you look up, and even from breakfast. Stepping outside, you're right by a farm, which my kids absolutely loved. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the toiletries provided were incredibly moisturizing—the shower gel was particularly nourishing, I really liked it. There was even a fabric bag in the room, which was very handy and lightweight for going out. The service was exceptional and incredibly attentive; they were always willing to help. They also provide shuttle services to Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha, which you need to arrange in advance, making getting around very convenient.

I came for the snow-capped mountains outside the window, and I was stunned by the beauty as soon as I entered the room! It's very close to the North Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, just a fifteen-minute walk. Compared to staying in the ancient town, this location is quieter and closer to the snowy mountains. The facilities and equipment in the room are all very new, and the decor style is very close to nature. The bedding is also very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The service is also very thoughtful; besides welcome fruit, they also provide pear juice and flower cakes every night. Having a rice noodle set meal for breakfast on the sixth floor while enjoying the beautiful scenery is simply delightful.

Facilities: Better than five-star hotels! The attention to detail is exceptional! To find such a great hotel at this price point truly exceeded my expectations! The room even has a Laifen hairdryer and a curling iron! I didn't even get that at Banyan Tree before! This level of detail is just incredible. Hygiene: It's a new opening, very clean, with no hygienic blind spots. For a guesthouse/hotel to achieve this standard, it's truly top-tier. Environment: Lying down and watching Jinshan, very comfortable. If I weren't going to Shangri-La tomorrow, I would honestly want to stay another night. It's rare to find such quality. I booked the room late at night the day before in Kunming and didn't have high expectations, but Zha Ji's style is very experienced, and the coffee they make at the hotel is also delicious! Service: No need to elaborate on the service, they genuinely put their heart into running this hotel! I rarely write reviews, and this is the most I've ever typed. If you're coming to Lijiang, everyone should stay here! I'm almost afraid it will become too popular (what if it gets crowded and I can't book a room?) and also afraid it won't be popular enough (this hidden gem is amazing, why hasn't anyone discovered it yet!). I'll even come back to Lijiang just for this hotel!

This is a resort hotel with an absolutely stunning view. Right outside, you're directly facing Lijiang's Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. In the mornings, you can enjoy breakfast while watching the magnificent 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' spectacle. The snow-capped mountain is visible much more frequently this season. The hotel's public areas are expansive and directly overlook the snow mountain. You can see the snow mountain from every single window, and it makes for incredibly picturesque photos. What really impressed me was that the room even came with a straightener and a curling iron. This is super thoughtful, especially for women who love to look good and want to style their hair for beautiful photos – it's incredibly convenient! You just need to bring your pretty outfits, and the photos will turn out amazing. The service here is also excellent; breakfast is included, and upon check-in, there are welcome refreshments and fruit. The afternoon tea pastries are incredibly exquisite – I almost wanted to pack them up to take with me! The manager was also very thoughtful, preparing a cloth bag in each room containing useful items for going out, which was a great touch.

Facilities: Fully equipped, surpassing 99% of B&Bs and hotels. Hygiene: It seems to have opened recently, everything is quite new and clean, but there's still a slight renovation smell in the room. Environment: The large floor-to-ceiling window overlooks the snowy mountains, and the view is stunning when the weather is good. Service: The service is excellent. They offer free rides to Baisha and Shuhe Ancient Town. There's coffee and tea available for tasting, sweet soup in the evening, and afternoon tea. Breakfast includes rice noodles, milk, eggs, corn, and sweet potatoes – simple but sufficient. The air conditioning in the room also provides strong heating.

Our room had a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and opening the window revealed a stunning panorama. Every photo I took looked like it belonged on a magazine cover. My best friend and I enjoyed a soak in the scenic bathtub, gazing at the snow-capped mountains, all while nibbling on the hotel's complimentary welcome fruits – pure bliss! The next day, we slept in and woke up to a delicious, authentic local breakfast. The owner is a true local expert, giving us excellent recommendations for food and fun activities, and even gifted us some souvenirs. This trip truly made me feel like a pampered snow mountain princess!
