We really enjoyed our stay at VENTO. The room was amazing since we had an amazing view. Everything worked out perfectly and the staff was great as well. They organized our trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and the trip was not only affordable but also planned very well. Thank you very much for everything (also the afternoon tea and the breakfast were delicious)

Facilities: The room is spacious, all amenities are branded, and the decor is excellent and stylish. Environment: Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. You can watch the sunset over the lake and enjoy the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' spectacle with Yulong Snow Mountain directly opposite. There's a bathtub with complimentary disposable bath bags and bath bombs, as well as disposable toilet seat covers. They also provide children's amenities during holidays, making it very child-friendly. Service: The service is absolutely excellent, nothing to complain about. They are very attentive and caring towards children and the elderly, making this guesthouse very welcoming for both. We even received a parting gift, and parking is provided.

I was immediately impressed upon entering the room; the view outside was absolutely stunning. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade! The service was exceptional – they offered free afternoon tea daily, and even prepared some snacks for us when we checked out, worried we might be hungry since we hadn't eaten. The view was absolutly stunning!!!!!! For the price, this is really worth it. The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Love everything to be honest. For the location, it's in between every attraction I want to go so that's why I chose this place so for me it's pretty convenient. Will definitely book again if I'm back in Lijiang!

We had the best time in Vento! The room was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing and calming. The lake view and snow mountain view was spectacular. The hotel staff members were all so nice, and I mean everyone that we came across! They prepared afternoon tea and packed a special takeaway breakfast for our morning hike to Yulong Snow mountain, a sweet gesture we really appreciated. After visiting Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, this hotel by far exceeds all expectations. Highly recommended!!! Kudos to the amazing team who serve with hearts and passion 😊♥️

Excellent! The hotel has a beautiful environment, is very clean, and the service is warm and inviting. You can even see the sunset over the Golden Mountain from the room. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
